    Pros +

    • Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The property itself has many activities, so the weekend at this place was memorable and very enjoyable. The place itself is filled with historical decorative items so it truly takes you back to the days when the Manor was built. Definitely recommend to also book a guided tour at the Manor and visit the tiny shops! Also, our windows faced directly the lake and manor. Great value for the money
    • Breakfast, authentic, calm location and nature.
    • The originaly renovated hotel brings you to the atmosphere of the past of this place and , even with some small hypes , it succeeds to cause you feeling a part of it.

    Cons -

    • A bit cold in the room, the hot water is really hot, must be careful, especially if staying with kids. Also water pressure drops if multiple people turn it on at the same time.
    • The Wifi connection wasn't good, we used ours. There's neither air-condition, nor fan, so prepare to sleep with opened windows and, subsequently, to be attacked by mosquitoes. The rooms are small too, even though quote functional
    • The vintage style makes the door creak a little too loudly :)

Wonderful place, original vintage style, peace, very friendly staff, delicious food, Pakruojis Manor Festival right here

The vintage style makes the door creak a little too loudly :)

The room was clean and comfortable, we rested well. The staff was kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant was good.

We regretted booking “spa” services. The massages weren’t good, the staff wasn’t ready to receive us, the space wasn’t clean and had a bad smell, in addition to that there was a dog in a massage space which felt completely unhygienic. The sauna wasn’t heated properly, wasn’t cleaned and the water smelled. Having tried many similar services at many different spaces this definitely wasn’t up to a standard. WiFi wasn’t stable enough to get on a conference call so if you have a meeting or a work call planned make sure to bring an option B, I ended up having to use my phone’s hotspot. Make sure to bring your own snacks if you plan on staying up late. The restaurant closes early.

Warm welcome. Beautiful surroundings, nicely decorated hotel. Comfortable room with a beautiful view of the manor. Good breakfast.

Old, impressive building, surroundings (i suppose especially during summer time should be very atrractive).

Quite cold inside during winter time (there was additional heater in the room already), in our case-bins were without garbage bags completely. No mirror in bathroom.

Location of the hotel was great, good for a short walk, nice view to the Manor.Breakfast was very good and complete.

A bit cold during the night.

Comfortable if you are visiting Pakruojis event, expecially in autumn/ winter period. Nice atmosphere with respect to heritage. Available tea time in ground floor. Nice welcome tradition. Bed for baby was without extra charge.

Dishes some were distroyed. Administrator did not informed about tea option in ground floor. Small tea cups.

Was nice but in the restaurant was not many possibilities for vegetarians and could be good that they change the record because if you stay there for one hour you hear the same old songs 3 times and they have nothing to do with the 19 century atmosphere, some old Kaunas schlagers.

    Light festival.

All was great: atmosphere, facilities, staff, nature around, comfortable bed, good breakfast

not so easy to regulate cold/hot water tap (a bit dangerous when traveling with a kid)

A great place to stay and experience the magic of Pakruojis castle! The breakfast was great and the lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended! Definitely will come back and stay there again!

Everything was fine, we really liked the atmosphere. Breakfast was yummy ,coffe tasty :) room was clean, bed was big-comforthable to sleep. We catched that old time feelings. Thank you :)

    Nothing worth to mention.

Interior of house. View at lake. Nice host. It was great. Really great and beautiful.

I'm not complaining. We will be really glad to come again. I just write these things, so you can fix them. Thank you, we loved staying at your place. ♥️Soup tray didn't hold at wall and toilet door couldn't lock. Room bar didn't include all mentioned snacks in menu. It was 12th room.As I mentioned above, we loved everything!

    5ValerijaPosted on: 8-13-2024

Polite and professional reception worker, rude staff in restaurant. Unprofessional guide/reception lady in main building, totally uninterested to provide information regarding customer services.

Spiders in room and bathroom, bad smell. Dirty pillows. Spiders hanging also behind window. Dirty tables in restaurant, with a lot of flies.

    7MarinaPosted on: 8-11-2024

+ Nice vintage interior.+ Beautiful surroundings

    - There’s no fridge in the rooms.- Uncomfortable shower and bathroom in general- Poor choice of food in Taverna restaurant

    7Roberta M.Posted on: 8-10-2024

We had a family room with extra room so it was comfortable. Restaurant close to hotel, nice breakfast. Polite staff and a welcome shot.

The plumbing of the shower was so bad, water was either burning hot or cold. The water wasn't draining, it stayed in the shower. Also, weird noises in the bathroom tubes.. windows had no curtains so it was too much light at night and in the morning.

Part of a greater estate, the Miller's House is filled with antiques and decorated with historic character. Dinner and breakfast in the nearby cafe, free parking.

If you don't visit the festival, there is not much to see of the Manor House.

    7RaimondaPosted on: 7-22-2024

The staff were really helpfull and pleasant. Also the breakfast was also nice. Location also very comfortable if you are visiting the area of Pakruojo dvaras. The hotel in general was clean. Very nice check in traditions.

For this price expected more comfort. Also the room was a bit smelly, yes it's historical hotel, but for this price should be a bit different level. Also if you staying for the night, the area of the park is closing 8 pm, so there is no really where to walk around and if you are with children is already a problem unless you are going to bed 8 pm.
