We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it both convenient and pleasant for exploring the city. A real highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive and extensive selection of high-quality options, both hot and cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Rooms needs some renovation. There was no-one at the reception when we came (you could call it a remote reception as the key was left in the envelope). Had some problems with not working TV remote (old batteries).

Location, staff, breakfast is good.

Wasn't very clean, windows and window sills were not cleaned for some time...Was too hot as there wasn't an air conditioner.

perfect value for money ration, beautiful views of river (also from breakfast area), and really good breakfast.

Everything was super cool! Stuff, view, fabulous breakfast, location! We have a great picnic on sunset, on a tables near by!

The beautiful room with a river view absolutely stunned me once I walked in! :,) it was a beautiful stay - so comfortable, I slept really well, the bedding and the bed was really fresh and comfy, everything was just right if not even better than that - left the place with a thought when I’ll be coming back there :,,)

Unfortunate I was disappointed about the beds, me and my partner went to that hotel and we had a single room that’s ok , but the beds was single you push them together I slept in the middle, and my bed was sliding away , that’s the only thing I did not like!

Very small and bad quality pilow

Breakfast was tasty and the location was nice. Banga is THE hotel in Taurage. It's pretty much where you want to be, cause it's like in the middle and it has everything you could want including a breakfast.

The room was full of insects, there was no aircondition, no fridge, no dustbins, lot of noise from the near ours. When did a complaint with the reception which many times is not visible admitted all this.

New, nice hotel. Clean and comfortable.

The room was exceptional and the size was unbelivable big and good size for us. The location of our room was right outside river and we could see the whole river. The best part is because of the heat of the sun they set the AC on before we arrived so the room was already cooler. Thats was very very Nice and we had a beautiful heatfree night.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell. The drainage was not clean and because of that the toilet smell was not pleasant.

The location was perfect, staff was really nice, beautiful landscape.

We booked a room with a double bed, the bed was uncomfortable because it was not solid, but two beds pushed together, and instead of one blanket there were two, this is not a big problem, but for couples it is not a plus either.

Staff were very friendly and understanding when we had a personal request. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view. Everything went well and we will definitely return whenever we are in Tauragė ?

The condition of the property is very poor

Smell are horrible, rooms are not clean, blankets are not clean, stains are everywhere.

We had to change 3 rooms, everywhere was hot. we got one small room with A/C, which was evaluated as superior and the room price was bigger, hence the room was small. the property was dirty, i had to clean it myself with a vacuum cleaner that i borrowed from the staff which offered me to change rooms again, but didn't offer me to clean the room.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was really good. I was expecting worse as the hotel was a little tired and dated. However, a good pleasant stay (2 nights) for the price and perfect location for me.

The hotel is a little tired, dated and basic such as the bathroom and hallways. There were some modern additions to my room such as lights and headboard. Given the price, I was not expecting a flash hotel so cannot be negative about my stay. It is good value for money.
