- Unfriendly attitude on the part of the woman who worked at the reception and refused to introduce herself. Refusal to help solve a fairly simple problem. Refusal to speak English, refusal to communicate using a translator on the phone. We were required to speak only German, it was pronounced:” kein Deutsch - kein buisness”. It feels like we are the first foreign tourists there. It is very similar to the rejection of foreigners. We were very disappointed, our vacation was a failure.
- Pillows were small and a bit uncomfortable. The shower area should have a little shelf for keeping the shampoo and other accessories - not nice to put them on the floor.
