For the price, which is expensive for where it is, I would have expected the facilities to be included in the price (bowling, badminton etc), which they aren't. The pool ceiling needs attention as does the sauna as there are many missing tiles.
Very friendly and attentive staff that will go out of their way to help you. Excellent animation program for children. Very reasonable prices. We liked it a lot!
A lot of stairs to climb as the hotel is built on the side of a hill. For some people it can be a bit much.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
Service of the hotel deserved maybe a bit training. One of the example can be that the receptionist doesn't know the price for extra bed. Also be aware that even when the parking lot is full covered with signs saying "free for hotel visitors" you will still pay for the parking. Dinners are another chapter when one table left because no body cares about their order and one table was waiting over one and half hour for food (only muffins). We were waiting just one hour, "lucky ones"
