Well organized, nice SPA with small pool, pool outside, many things to do at the property, diverse breakfast options

This is a nice, clean, comfortable place with lots of attractions

It was very noisy, especially at night until 2 a.m., because there was a disco. The music was extremely loud. I woke up completely exhausted.

We really like the pool and bowling. Staff was very friendly, breakfast soo nice load of choices, room nice and clean. We recommend this place.

It was clean, cozy and had everything you need for a perfect weekend gateway. Bike rental, pools, restaurants and other attractions.

Really good value for money

There is no hot water in the bathroom before 6am so taking a shower before that time is not recommended. The aircon in the room is not very effective.

Very nice breakfasts and swimming pool area. I like aslo the surroundings: the pond and pool, even there was winter and it was impossible to swim in outside pool.

The fitness area did not have weights, just machines for areo training, and there was not possible to have a coffee in a lounge, when the bar downstairs was closed - even a vendting machine.

The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking a lake. It was ideal for our visit to Auschwitz, as close by.The room we had was spacious with an additional seating area and a balcony with a great view over the lake. Very clean.Amazing breakfast with something for everyone, and all fresh with beautiful presentation. We also went to the " beach" cafe and then the main restaurant in the evening - again both good food.Staff were helpful and friendly. Although we didn't go swimming, people looked like they were having alot of fun in the outside pool area.

The breakfast was very tasty. Beautiful view from the window.

The Internet is very slow. The room is old. It didn't feel as clean as other hotels in the same budget.

It was a very tasty and diverse breakfast. The restaurant is in a nice location with a lake and water bicycles. It's a tasty restaurant with friendly personnel, tasty food, and not very high prices. Also, there was live music on Sunday.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain.

Super nice hotel!Huge rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, big pool area with water features and jacuzzi, delicious breakfast buffet.

No photos of the gym on booking.com site so we assumed it will be small and indeed, fitness room basically only with running belt, so we did not use it. But instead had a nice morning run around the lake which was beautiful :)

Excellent breakfast, huge choice of everything, delicious food and very friendly staff at breakfast service. Friendly staff at the reception. Comfy rooms. Beautiful placement of the hotel. Great swimming pool.

The hotel is quite New, and very clean. Indoor Swimmingpool is nice also for kids.

We found Sauna and steam room very small. I don't understand why so small for a big hotel.

The location and its proximity to the lake, nice breakfast & the restaurants had a very good food too, the staffs were nice and welcoming.

Maybe noise from the party was disturbing a bit since there was a party on Saturday night.

- Steam bath was out of order- A couple of hydromassagea in the swimming pool were out of order

The hotel has a huge range of attractions. A fantastic choice for families. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious a good variety of Polish special.

Although I mentioned in advance that it was my daughter bday, the staff hasn't done anything.That was a bit of a disappointment for us apart from that I can not complain about anything
