Some dishes were not prepared exceptionally well. The chef is not the best. The village church and cemetery were close to the location.

We had such a good time at this wonderful place. The staff was friendly, attentive and ready to help at any point. The food was delicious, made with local, fresh produce and we ended up buying some for ourselves to take back home.Many thanks for making us feel very welcomed during the three days spent there.And we will definitely come back soon.

Great location in the center of Avrig - but still with a lot of green and a great view on the mountains - great rooms and breakfast! The fact that they have some animals nearby - and the pool.

Didnt have something that I can remember

The view was amazing, the facilities for kids, an amazing playground for kids, a lot of place for kids to explore, local grown veggies used in the restaurant, very good breakfast. The place and decorations were amazing!

We could not get in the pool.We also chose this accommodation for the pool and we wanted to use it. The water in the pool was very cold. Everytime we told the staff about the pool, they said they will warm it but it was still cold. Very disappointing. The prices at the restaurant were a bit high. The extra facilities for example billiard or tennis were very expensive.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this retro-chic manor, it was great to be able to hear about the history of the place and the efforts to bring to life such a great place. The restaurant serves great food, the team there was very customer oriented, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and airy.

Location, people, service and surrounding.Feel like you go back in the 17 century, in a positive sense.

The room sound proofing might be a problem in case you have kids as neighbors, but it is more like discomfort rather that issue.

Very clean and excellent food. Cristina and Bogdan are impeccable. Cristina gave us a wonderful history tour of the location.

Internet could be a little better (connection and speed)

We liked the pool and the garden, the bed upstairs

The owner ( lady) was rude and honestly due to her behavior we probably wont return. Too bad because the staff, the food and the accommodation is good.

Rooms are very nice, clean. The restaurant has good food. Overall a nice place.

The place has a lot of potential, but it seems that is poorly managed. There is a children playground, but it was not so clean. There is a fire pit, a lake but no activities (it would have been interesting for guests to enjoy some time near a fire in the evenings). The pools were open only after 11 and until 18 although it was clean, I think the pools should open earlier. The breakfast was also starting late, I think from 9.

No side protection for top bed; poor light in bathroom

Room was clean and tidy. Location is quite nice. It would have been nice to have at least a sauna because being in the middle of a village, there's not much that you can do there

. Breakfast was poor in terms of options and quite small. Nothing traditional or specific to the Sibiu area, just plain omlette and salami from the supermarket. Bed was quite uncomfortable as well, the mattress was very hard. I didn't see any of the staff was wearing masks, they did not even pretend to.

Pools, playground for kids, clean and very good looking rooms.

Breakfast is between 9:00-10:30. Its hard to manage our hunger until 9:00!Pool closes at 7:00 pm and check-in starts at 5:00 pm. If you check-in and eat after a long trip, no time for pool. Food is expensive.

The breakfast presents a very small variety of food, for the price of the rooms the expectations were higher. Food in restaurant is ok-ish. Could be better for the price.

Clean (aside from the flies on the terrace, but, in the countryside, I presume that's unavoidable). Some of the staff was very friendly (for example the cleaning lady). Tasty breakfast, if not very diverse. A lot of things to do (pool, tennis, fishing, billiards, table tennis).

Some small details: longer hours for breakfast (9-10.30 is not enough, in our opinion); some lights in the kids playground; longer hours for the pools (they close them down at 7 in the evening). Prices (especially in the restaurant) seem a little high (they are the same as in the middle of a big city).
