    Cons -

    • Internal pool didnt work
    • No self serving breakfast. Only fix breakfast menus. Have to ask for each single piece of bread. Staff, except the receptionist doesn’t speak English.
    • The room had some kind of smell. Not unpleasant, just odd. The pool at the spa was a bit dirty.

The staff were amazing, the decor was so cool, the food was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had a fantastic time. The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel was super clean. We will hopefully be visiting the area again in the summer and we will be staying at this hotel.

As soon as we arrived, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautifully made and comfy. The spa zone is kept clean. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, tasty and there is a selection of wines. The masseuse was kind and gentle and the massage was really relaxing. My man ordered a surprise cake and the server lady sang Happy birthday to me. It was really touching and she was so nice about everything.

The room had some kind of smell. Not unpleasant, just odd. The pool at the spa was a bit dirty.

The design and the restaurant. Extremely beautiful and interesting design. The food in the restaurant was top notch! The staff was extremely friendly and complemented to the amazing atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay! Do recommend paying a visit!

The price for several nights was a bit on the high side in my opinion. Although with recent price hikes on everything my perception may be off. For my taste the beds and moreso the pillows weren't really good and prevented me from getting a really good sleep. Weren't that bad, but for the price had higher expectations.

The attention to detail displayed in the hotel execution. It is obvious that the place is managed with real care for its guests, it's not just a money-making business. The interior is colorful and makes you feel like a child but not overwhelming with fighting or oversaturated colors - it is done in great taste. The new SPA zone is a delight with its view of the mountains. The food is delicious. I absolutely loved our stay!

All in all it's clean and pleasant stay despite the problems I described. Just a bit pricey for this experience.

There were a lot of complaints in the reviews about the restaurant and now I get why. We didn't book any dinners there for this reason and had dinner elsewhere.Breakfast was very disorganized. There seemed to be only one girl catering for everything and she just couldn't manage. Food trays were empty most the time, everything runs out pretty quickly because the amounts served were not appropriate to the number of guests. Drinks and even coffee cups running out constantly. Sugar jar empty. No spoons or stirrers. All food, coffee, juice, bread are scattered throughout the whole restaurant (each of those in a different part) - you had to go around the whole restaurant and play "treasure hunt" to find each item (mind you - it's not an organized game, just lack of organization imo). I suppose there's an artsy idea behind this but it simply results in a bunch of confused people walking around, bumping into each other all the time.Apart from that my girlfriend cut her hand on a piece of broken glass on the table at breakfast. The hostess was kind, though, apologized and provided a bandage for her.The spa zone appears to still be inaccessible, despite this not being disclosed on their website or on booking.com. It's advertised as available everywhere but when you get there and expect the higher price to include that option - you're informed it's not accessible right now. I saw from other reviews it's been the case for quite some time now.Oh, yeah - TV remote control barely worked in our room.

Excellent staff, very delicious food and great colorful rooms and facilities!

Beautiful hotel, where every little detail has an artistic touch. Very friendly staff and wonderful workshops on offer.

    1. In the rooms, function follows form - all is beautiful but not always practical. E.g. there was a water kettle provided, but nowhere to plug it in (other than in the bathroom); in the bathroom, if you wanted to get some cold water from the tap, you’d have to make a very special wrist movement to go around the (beautiful) sink.2. Restaurant service was not up to par. The menu and setting wete great and the staff were friendly, but very inexperienced (it seemed). One night we waited a very long time to be served, another - we had to repeat our orders other other requests multiple times, etc. This is being very picky, but also, service like that is in very strong contrast to the environment the hotel is aiming to create, so finding a way to improve it would make this place close to perfection. 3. This one is very personal, but the entrance and lobby area of the hotel are basically like a furniture and art showroom, where everything has a price tag. This makes me feel uncomfortable and instead of feeling welcomed, I immediately felt like a walking wallet. I understand that the hotel creators offer a lot of services and that’s great business thinking but for my taste, it was a bit too much in my face.Again, we had a wonderful time but I believe that this hotel is really trying to be something special, and if that’s the goal, details such as these matter.

It’s a great hotel for Art lovers. It is really made with passion and love. It meets all the expectations for an art place. Very colourful and nice place.

Especially the breakfast could be better in terms of food and beverages. (Very few variety of food and if you go later only water available - could be added Coca Cola machine or juice one) Something that I didn’t like personally is the lack of sockets in the room (there were three - one on the bathroom, and two next to the bed). However if you use them for the night lamp there are none left to charge phone, laptop, electric cigarette. Which was my case since I have personal and work phone with me, laptop, electric cigarette and my partners phone and cigarette. Additionally I sleep with sleeping apnea machine and needed all day to charge things one after another.

It is a nice hotel, every room have decoration in different theme. The hotel is also furniture shop showroom so many of the furnitures are unique. First word that you get in mind when see the hotel is colourful. There are swim pool with a good size and 30 degree water. Also there are additional courses that you can book like paint over glass and pottery. If you have a car the location is very good 15-20 km away of two public mineral pools (Shipkovo and Chiflic), ~25km from top of mountain pass where you can start hike. 5km from Troyan city center. There are also monastery and permanent pottery exposition in 3-4km away.Breakfast was very good.

I was a bit disappointed from restaurant, it was good, the food quality was good too, but maybe it was a bit overpriced. Also variety of food is a bit limited and most important the variety of beers!!!

    Huge disappointment

Someone from stuff entered the room while I was on dinner. Bathroom had window to the bedroom with huge gap between frame and glass - noise, moisture and so on. Tried to contact manager about jewlery lost at the hotel but nobody replied. Better avoid this place!

I liked the atmosphere of the whole place! It gave me the feeling that every little detail was thought of! The style and all of the Art around is just fantastic! Facilities, furniture, food and not to forget the service. The staff was very kind, helpful and made our stay a real pleasure! Thank you all, keep smiling and never lose the spirit ?
