They do not (at least not on our weekend) have trained masseuses, simply those who had been trained as beauticians which means they do not know how to do proper massages.

Beautiful grounds. Liked the swimming and spa area. The rest is a bit outdated.
Dirty carpets. I had an asthma attack from the carpets in our room. Mold and fungus that grew in the wall of the toilet. They apologized but seriously you know that that has been there longer than a week. And you did not do anything about it. Whiles we paid 300€ for a room per night. You do not expect this.
We find ourselves coming back to this hotel every year. The restaurant is pretty good and so is breakfast. As always we had a great time at the SPA facilities. We will be coming back for sure. See you soon!
Not much. The restaurant should be ready to flawlessly accommodate guest with some dietary restrictions. It would also be great to finally have a jacuzzi. And since we are asking, the gym could also have an extra treadmill.
The hotel has a big terrace, a swimming pool and a large area of grass behind the pool. It was lovely weather and I was resting alll afternoon in the shadow reading a book or watching people enjoying the pool.

Everything was really nice, calm and clean. The rooms, restaurant, facilities, and location were beautiful and serve as an amazing relaxation and escape from the busyness of the day to day life in the cities.
Breakfast was good, however not as before. Less staff, less attentive.
Better ventilation in dining room, was too hot. Service for dinner was good but a bit chaotic, many different staff. Upon arrival, nobody to greet you, had to unload the car myself and bring to the lobby.No service at the pool, had to bring myself.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend there. Great place. Fantastic ambiance, great SPA facilities, great breakfast, kind service. Not too crowded - due to the huge garden space there is always enough room for everyone. Kid and dog friendly, but mostly older people.
The only possible improvement would be to offer hard pillows to the guests.

The interior pool could have the water a bit warmer, we went there by end of February and it felt like the water was around 23 degrees or so which is too cold for us.
