Spot on in terms of Cleanliness and comfort. the use of marble tiles and walls added to its class.

It's more of a suggestion rather than dislike. The glass door of the shower room in my friends' hotel room is not tinted (it is see through). Not ideal for privacy. Would be nice, if it can be enhanced or improved.

Right next to the beach and major areas.

Parking was a hassle. Staff wasn’t the best

No tea or coffee facilities in room.Very very busy road right outside hotel which is very busy and has a lot of lorries going down it till after midnight and then starts again very early.Walls in the hotel are quite thin so this can also be quite noisy.

Good road access. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Terrace cafe food very good and friendly service in the evenings.

First room we were given had broken shelving so we changed rooms. Breakfast in Terrace cafe was buffet with good selection. Problem was that it was not restocked so no eggs, no ham etc. Also tables were not cleared and cleaned.

Breakfast is a simple buffet type - but with most things available - fresh fruits, yoghurt, eggs, pastries, toast etc.

The wifi system is over complicated as they have to validate your email address.....

Clean and comfortable modern styled rooms. Outstanding shower. On site parking. Restaurant staff were particularly excellent. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Nothing much. Hard floors can mean that sound travels a lot, so a bit noisy?

Tostada and coffee were good value. We have stayed there before and the location is excellent for visiting our house in Lucar.

On our previous visit there was a buffet breakfast, which we looked forward to, but, unfortunately there is no longer a buffet breakfast. We were the first people to stay in refurbished room415,cold water only in the shower and no toilet roll holder.

Breakfast was very good for me with lots of cereal, fruit and yoghurt. However not much meat and no eggs for my husband. Rooms very comfortable. Pretty garden, big bar and terrace. Nice tapas.

Hot water did not work in the evening when I went to have a shower. Also website says gym and hot tub but there wasn’t which was very disappointing.

Near a couple of shops but nothing special. No pool no where to sunbath. When we asked if we could lay in the gardens we was told no by a laugh. We must be fully dressed. No1 spoke English or even a little google translate come in handy. The restaurant is lovely but very over priced.

Hotel well situated at the very entrance of a small town. No parking problems. Reception efficient and very good room with sitting area as well as good-sized bathroom and bed area. The bar/café was busy but again efficient. The disappointment was the restaurant located at the end of the attractive garden area. Very little atmosphere and indifferent food. Echoed next morning at breakfast in the café which was not impressive. So, a rather mixed experience.

Modern facilities

Noise. I was in Room 209 which I worked out was below the kitchen and restaurant. The noise of scraping of furniture on the stone floor went on until midnight and started again at 5am.
