The room is perfect to my liking. Practical, build with natural materials, good bed and view into the woods.

The media system that turned on horrible music and the TV every time we activate the room with the card and required a manual action to stop it. The kitchen below our room from where the staff smoked and thus the smoke rose and filled our room. The restaurant is not any good which is sad as there is no other near by. Breakfast was okay.

Location was superb, beds are comfortable and room spacious and clean. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was limited in choice for a buffet, and the food menu at the restaurant was not the most appealing especially for kids.

Big modern room, very quiet, ample breakfast buffet, very good food even for vegetarians, great hikes. We'll be back!

We had an amazing stay at Campra Alpine Lodge. Spa facilities are great and the dinner was delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would love to come again in summer for a longer stay to enjoy the hotel and the region.

Nothing to dislike about our stay the staff was very accommodating and very welcoming. The views are amazing and we found our place to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Also, they put a crin for my daughter, and we all slept nice :)

The location is perfect for cross-country skiing or for walking in the forest.The ice rink is right next to the building and is prepared daily.The ski rental is located on site, but only cross-country skis are available.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No hot dishes such as scrambled eggs or similar.The staff speaks almost no other language than Italian.The reception is almost never occupied in the afternoon.We were unable to use the wellness or sauna because the door did not open with our badge - it could be that wellness was subject to a charge, but that was not stated anywhere.Update from 03.02.2025:I read Manuela's review (3 nights · January 2025) here, and I completely agree with it:*"The sink was so small that you could hardly wash your face or rinse after shaving, let alone fill a small water bottle or the teapot with water."*"There was no holder for the shower head in the shower, which made washing hair in particular practically impossible. No shelf, no edge in the shower area."*"The WiFi only worked in the immediate vicinity of the corridor, but not in the whole room. There was only one chair in the room. Not the smallest table to write something or play a game on."*"The absolute low point was the bread at breakfast."Additionally:with the Guest Cars 2025 that we got, it said (under point 38) - "15% discount on dinner". But when checking out they said - the next time(??). I don't think that's right.So I'll adjust my rating downwards.

The location is out of a fairytale: surrounded by wonderful nature, peaceful and with plenty to do. The lodge itself is very tastefully made, comfortable with anything one desires. The highlight of our trip was the staff! They were all so welcoming, always smiling and very polite! We spent New Year’s there and although they were with us instead of their families, they were every minute of it in such good mood that their vibe was contagious! Thank you again for ringing in the new year with us!Campra is also genuinely pet friendly! It is one of the few hotels that not only provide you with a bed for your pet, but also detailed information on who to contact in case of a pet emergency!

The location inside the forest was magnificent. The spacious room for the whole family and very nice local food in the restaurant.

Service in the restaurant was very slow at peak times.

It is quite new and the room and amenities were very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good, as well as the food from the restaurant that we had for dinner.

The spa was very small (a small jacutzzi for 2 people, a tiny steam room, a sauna and a few hammocks), and costs 20 chf for 1.5h, plus another 5.- for a towel, so in our opinion a bit overpriced. We also had to pay an extra 10 chf per person for the bed linen.

It was a regular european breakfast without any crazy surprises, but....!!! The place, so amazing and wonderful place!!! Really what do you need, when the nature appears before you with such intensity...

Lovely location and great views, the restaurant food was great and fairly priced. The SPA area though small, offered nice experience overall.

The room is exceptionally clean and modern, with a cozy wooden interior, white bedding and warm lighting. Also, the spa is just a jewel, really worth it!

Location. Perfect for staying close by the swiss alps.
