Aarau West Swiss Quality Hotel

The room and bathroom were quite spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

The room was a bit stuffy so we had to leave the window wide open during the night, and since there's a very busy street next to the hotel it was quite noisy.

Great stay as usual, Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Renovation of restaurant not yet complete. Temporary restaurant does not have as good a menu as the old one. Also it's a temporary building. Looking forward to the new one being open next time.

Solid hotel with pleasantly easy check-in and check-out. Clean room with acceptable space for one person. Good breakfast. Plenty of car park spaces available.

Shower, shower head type and quality of towels, although all clean and OK, made it seem a bit old.

Staff was excellent.

Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing construction and the signage was confusing making it difficult to find the entrance, particularly in the dark.

Simple and enough

Their restaurant is under construction so that building was cool. They said that it will plan to finish in April 2025.

The stuffs were really good and friendly. The room was big enough and also clean. The breakfast was fresh. Planty of parking for the car. Nevertheless, I really liked the hotel and recommend.

I was having issue with the WIFI. The wifi in the room was really bad and kept disconnecting. I would say the problem was not everywhere in the hotel, but in the room I stayed.

The rooms are spacious.

I was travelling with my daughter and I requested a room with 2 beds. We arrived in the evening and I needed to put my daughter in bed quickly as she had an important skating competition in the morning. The room was cold, with 1 bed and made it for 1 person only (1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 towel). The room was noisy, we couldn't make the bathroom extractor stop. The curtain of the window was seen-through, so all the light coming from the road (busy road) was coming in. I tried to see if there was something to close the outside blinders (if they were) but I couldn't find anything.Breakfast wasn't good. First time I find in an hotem scramble eggs disgusting.

AC not working, useless staff, remarks were ignored

Guests made lots of noises until 1 am in the corridor of the 3rd floor. Irrespectful

Easy access from the motorway and parking was available. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok but nothing special (no vegan milk).

No curtains to darken the room so there was too much light from the streetlamps to sleep. It was very hot and I could not regulate the temperature in the room. With the window open it was too noisy.

Bed were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Free parking and very good breakfast.

I made reservation with booking.I check the price with expedia discovering for same room same day same property it was 29 euro cheaper.No cancellation but it is impossible to contact booking, no email no chat phone wait infinite
