Pros +
- Front desk was great. They mistakenly did not book us for the airport shuttle the night that we arrived and when we went to board it the transfer van was already full. We came back in and explained what happened and a free taxi came to our rescue.
- Sustainable materials and policies. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons -
- Heat was on and it was quite warm in the room. Couldn't get the air on, but it was explained to us that this is how it works there. Slept with the windows cracked open and all was well.
- For the second time the shuttle did not show up as advertised, the trash can in the bathroom had a layer of dust on the lid, the tv was not connected to ANY channels (hdmi cable was missing!?) and the receptionist confirmed that it needed to be fixed
