- The family room was a great set up for a family of 4- beds were VERY COMFORTABLE!
- Large room assigned, proximity to the airport, restaurant in hotel, friendly check in staff.
- Very nice staff, great room
Cons -
- Location was inconvenient to get to from the airport- we traveled by train from Nuremberg and had to wait 30 min for the the 512 bus so we decided to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport for our flight in the am and it cost an extra 21 euros.
- At check out the hotel manager said the room was not paid for and tried to get money from me. I read reviews and noticed a customer lamented the same thing and ended up paying. I didnt fall for it but this shouldn''t happen. Hotel room very cold
- We found there were too many flies in the area. Even in our room I killed more than five flies , otherwise room was nice and clean

The family room was a great set up for a family of 4- beds were VERY COMFORTABLE!

Good location.friendlyand helpful staff
