From the moment we entered, Elena at reception was so friendly and helpful. Even though it was the off season, the room standards were exceptionally high and the staff super accommodating. The gorgeous balcony with the hot tub was an amazing spot to relax after a long drive from venice

We parked a new car in the small hotel lot while we stayed there. When we got home we realized that the manufacturers logo on the front had been damaged by someone with a screwdriver trying to remove it. This was the only place the car was parked outside during our trip.

The bedroom had no windows. There was a lovely big window in the hall which had a glass door to a lovely balcony.

For a 5 star hotel and for the price you pay…- rooms are VERY small. We had 1 big luggage and it almost didn’t fit in the room. So if you have 2 suitcases it might be an issue - they help a lot with parking as they park your car for free with a valet service which is nice. They even drive you for free if you’re going in the surroundings. Still, if there was a private parking it would just be handier.

Very small breakfast portions eg 1 pancake, fruit (berries) was a pot of 5 raspberries/blackberries. Some of the balconies are overlooked.
