The staff was very friendly and willing to help, the breakfast and dinner were really great, and the wellness area is quite spacious. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

Only administrators know English, but that's not a big problem. There's a great wellness area, and a bathing robe included in the price, but there are no slippers, so if you forget yours at home like I did, you're doomed to walk between saunas barefoot.

The bed is very comfortable and the spa is big .

The food was good but not a lot of options.

There could be a bigger pool and/or a kids pool operating in winter season. Food was fine (not excellent), but not a wide selection.

The food.... was brilliant.( both breakfast and dinner), the location (it is the last building amd after this hotel begin the nature), the garden, the staff, the room and the activities options for that price.... perfect. Pricewinner.

There wasn't.

- Minibar in the room wasn’t working properly (was not cold enough)

Convenient location for us, it was quiet, pretty situation. Nice to have the pool and sauna available. Lots of parking. Comfortable room and beds.

Communication in English was difficult. Pictures showed a kids' corner, which is now missing. Dinner was not the best. Meats dry, but we still found enough to eat.

Good location and amazing environment. Nice and professional staff. Huge rooms.

The room could have been cleaner. All the breads at breakfast were very dry.

Nice place, yummy food, lovely wellness

it is always a little problem for me that the wellness spa is closing too “early” for me.

Room was nice and big. Like an apartment. Lovely outdoor patio.

The couch was uncomfortable. TV did not work. Only 2 pillows on a 2 person bed so 1 small pillow each. Downstairs closes at 8 pm. Food was not very good.

We really like the pool, saunas and jakuzzi. The location of the hotel was great, next to the real nature.

The single beds were uncomfortable, they really need new ones. For the kids they should have offered more choices to eat at dinner.

Breakfast and dinner were ok.

Staff doesn’t speak English so it is hard to understand the requests. No water or drinks offered for dinner.For sure the hotel can take better care of cleaning the rooms.

Before book staying at this hotel I was worried that it's so cheap including breakfast and dinner. We were surprised of choices for dinner and breakfast everything were delicious.Unfortunately swimming pool was closed with roof because of some raining weather and it was so hot in that area where swimming pool and saunas are. Jacuzzi in glass room is very nice when we been there it was not so many guests in hotel so jacuzzi was available sometimes could imagine how it's going in busy days.But anyway I recommend this hotel everything was good

The wellness areanis simply amazing. You are looking at the top ofnthe trees while relaxing in the sauna or the jacuzzi. The staff is helpful and the restaurant service was also excellent. Wide range of options.

It is a simple hotel, older style, but everything is in a good shape. Value for money is good. We were in the hotel in March, no holiday period, and so the hotel was almost empty. We had the jacuzzi's almost all the time for us alone. Food was freshly made, breakfast and diner. Retro style but more than good. Large choice of wines.Swimming pool was closed in March. But we did not miss it because of the jacuzzi's.

The hotel is located near the castle and above it lies a vineyard. The staff was friendly, dinner and breakfast were very good.

The bathroom smelled, probably the drain.

The wellness is the only thing that makes this hotel pleasant.

Dinner the first night was straight on inedible, from starter until dessert everything. First breakfast was okay, as we could order hot meals a la carte. No healthy options, but at least okay food. Next breakfast they took away this option, so we were left with very few and very basic things, not at all satisfiyng for a hotel level. Second dinner was at least edible, but not good.

Excellent food. Great customer service and nice staff. If you're looking for a simple hotel with a good location and excellent food quality and selection, this is the place.

No elevator. Jacuzzies were always occupied. Community rooms were tiny, and games were worn off. If you're looking for a wellness hotel, look for something else.

This place is great! I sincerely recommend staying in the hotel. The food is delicious, staff very friendly, pools, saunas and jacuzzis are amazing. The hotel has a view on forest and vineyards. There's also a spacious parking for guests.

Nothing to complain about, we had a great stay there.

Big rooms, location in green area. The dinner was a buffet and very good variety of tasty foods. The typical continental breakfast was also good. Saunas and hot tubs ok with a pool.

Room was large and clean. The park was nice. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, not crowded.
