Very pretty views. Nicely appointed room. Wellness facility was convenient and clean. Food was delicious. Close location to village. Staff helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning was not adequate and not adjustable past the preset limits which made the room uncomfortably warm.

Great cuisine in the restaurant - really top notch (except for desserts). Very nice area, close to the Hollòkő castle and to the old town - just a 10 min walking distance each. The room was very large and spacious. They had nice Valentines decoration and merchandise (honey for sale).

The wellness area is pretty small, the waters cooler than what you'd expect - even in the jacuzzi. The sauna was closed from us due to a sauna session, which is weird if you are a paying guest. That should happen outside of regular hours or anyone should be allowed to join in free. It was extremely hot in the rooms 24-25 degrees celsius, and temperature was impossible to regulate - except for opening the windows. This heat could have gone to the pool.

We loved everything about the property, the location, the room, the food, the spa.

The Heineken branded sunshades ? They took away from the view, a simple beige/white umbrella (maybe one with a little crow) would have been much nicer.

Amazing restaurant, both breakfast and dinner is exceptional! The pool and wellness is clean and relaxing, also kids friendly. Short walking distance to village center and sightseeing spots. The room was prepared with baby cot and baby bath, which is amazing.

Room could use some renovation and deep cleaning, but in general it's spacious and comfortable. The kids playground could be also renovated.

We have stayed here twice now, the location is calm, peaceful and perfect to relax for a romantic weekend. The hotel is spotless and well equipt, staff very effcient and polite. The highlight was the room,. large, modern and a perfect bathroom, view and facilites. The food is also great, plentify, wide choice and all of good quality, it would be hard to find a fault with the hotel

Spacious room with free car parking.

Shower area glass door cannot effectively block the water coming out. The bathroom floor gets wet after taking shower.

swiming pool to sallow , fitness machines are not in the top conditions. should be more open hours for fitness and wellness.

We loved the whole vacation, but i need to mention the restaurant and the Chef:the food is fantastic, varied, high-quality, you could say fine dining category!The chef came to introduce himself, explained the menu for the day and presented the dishes from the show kitchen.It was the best in its category where we have been so far.Must to visit:) (sure we will come back again)

The balcony with view from our room was very nice. Room was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were nice with a good variety. Free parking was a bonus.

Uncomfortable bed.Towel radiator didn't work in bathroom, which was a pain as we couldn't dry our spa clothing, we advised at reception but no-one came to fix.Not flexible with dinner times.Carpets were dirty in areas and smelt of stale water. Transfer of noise between rooms was pretty bad. Air conditioning was not adjustable, so needed door open on balcony as it got too warm in room.

A great wellness hotel in a picturesque environment. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped. The wellness area is nice, my husband rated the sauna very good. The food is super good, the hotel restaurant is recommended even if someone does not stay here. I would say this is for those who want to rest, and maybe take some excursions in the area. The hotel is remote, best to come by car and drive around to visit the area.

The staff will offer upgrade of the room if more expensive rooms are available, we took it, but I do not think we should have -- paid more just to have a Nespresso machine....

Great location. Hotel is relatively new. Very clean room. Wanderful view on sourounding hills. Fantastic, various food was served during buffet breakfasts and dinners. Spa was nice with various saunas. It was nice to relax on the grass outside, just next to the spa area.

We had unpleasant situation when neighbouring holiday house had very laud party with very laud music played outside of the building. As it was late night we asked reception to react by calling the police, for isntance, for which first answer was that we cannot do anything as it is private property which does not belong to the hotel facilities, and the best will be if I call the police. Afterwards, got feedback from reception that hotel was informed about this party, but nobody informed us about it, when proposing better view room (towards the party house) when checking in. While checking out, when mentioned about it the receptionist did not say even I am sorry. All in all, I would recommend to hotel's management to focus on proper training for staff about its sensitivity on guests requests and proper hospitality empathy. Because of this rate is 8/10, otherwise it would be a 10.

The view from the room to the valley is perfect, the kitchen is extraordinary, the quality of the breakfast and especially of the dinners are amazing, surely we will come back :-)
