Just the fact of having a bed even though we did not sleep good at all!!

Too much to list. Here are some things:No parking on sight as listed(we had a packed car)A room at the end of an endless and tasteless hallwayA bathroom small enough to brush teeth at the sink while sitting on the commodeA bed with flimsy pillows and the feeling as if the bed was lower than the rest of the bodyAn average breakfast with cold scrambled(artificial) eggs and wieners friedCoffee thermo can filthy and old

It was not too far from the ferry to Fohr. The breakfast was very good. The desk clerk was really nice and got us some ice cubes when we asked.

The room and bathroom were really small and the room was hot but we couldn’t leave the window open because mosquitos came in. Also, we almost got blocked into the parking lot by tour buses loading their passengers.

Simple accommodation but good value and clean. Bed was comfortable. They take nice care of the building (flowers, etc were beautiful and showed somebody cares).

1.) It was difficult to get through by phone, even during regular opening hours, and since there was uncertainty around the code for late arrival, and I was reserving last minute, I really wanted to speak to someone. They eventually resolved this by eMail so ok in the end. They could do a better job of making the late arrival procedure clear WITHIN booking.com. (This is especially important since they said you can ONLY book late arrival if you book via booking.com). 2.) I wish breakfast would be kept open a bit later. (Only went until 09:30 on a weekend.)

Very nice stuff and good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and clean. Everything was very good for a one night stay.

Reasonable value about 15 minutes walk from the station. Quiet location. Didn’t stay for breakfast this time but it is usually good.

Lift is exceptionally hot. No aircon, fridge or coffee in the room. Bathroom light on motion sensor and timer, so you can’t switch it off. Nowhere to drop key off before 06:30. I had a train at 06:00 so had to go back to room to leave key. Need a drop off box outside reception.

Room & bathroom was nice and spacious. I expecting a refregerator in the room. Except refregerator, everything was perfect.

In the morning time some wrokers are working there maintenance. They were talking too much which create disturbance my sleeping.

A old lady in the reception was rude and arrogant. She simply doesn't know the value of customer. She even didn't tell me where the room was, where the breakfast would be served. Just pushed the card towards me and said bitte. She should retire...very bad experience and will try to avoid this hotel next time..

Relatively cheap, close proximity to trains for Sylt (Autozug)

Dirty room!! Hairs and lot of dust on the floor, hair on the beds, toe nail clippings from previous occupants still around (yuck), room gets unreasonably hot, stale-smell in the room and hallway, old facilities (needs renovating)

Good location. Charming classic atmosphere. Comfortable rooms with twin beds, private bathroom and access to a nice back yard. Good buffet breakfast. Kind staff and easy communication for a late check in and easy check out.

Staff was great.Breakfast was great.Location is fine especially for travel to Sylt.Good parking facilities.

In the description over the facilities the hotel states the possibility to charge electrical vehicles. This is not correct. The one charging post is out of order and has apparently according to staff been so for quite some time.This hotel is not recommended for EV owners who expect to get a recharge.The room we got towards the street side was not very sound proofed. At 5.30 am there was quite some street noise. Arrival Sunday is not optimal.The hotel does not open the restaurant for guests on Sundays.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the train station and city centre. Breakfast was delicious.

The bed was not comfortable. Some windows of hotel rooms are just in front of parking lots.

Good standard hotel. Some reviews have here are more negative than our experience. Not a very special hotel, but if you are looking for a good place to stay in Niebull, there is nothing wrong with it.
