Fantastic option for longer weekend with family. Very tasty breakfast. Rooms pretty big, nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. I had a chance use sauna that I recommend. Hotel offers place to store skies and dry ski boots. Convenient parking.

2 weeks travelling through germany and austria this was the highlight of our trip. The staff and owner we so helpful and friendly. They surprised my wife with a little cake and candles and special place settings on the morning of her birthday. The breakfast was excellent and widely varied. You can have drinks in the lounge/ breakfast area in the evening. Everything has excellent attention to detail. The location was easy, and very accessible to gondola and hiking Perhaps it was because we were there in between seasons but we were the only ones to use the spa area and they also let us checkout late. There is a ski shop on the first floor for any ski needs. We rented as we were traveling with no intent to ski until the glacier got a foot of snow the evening we arrived. Price wise, we looked on booking.com and it was actually one of the more affordable options at the time.We can't say enough nice things about our stay.

Firstly the receptionist was extremely welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, clean and homely. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located near the city center, close to restaurants and super markets. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Very clean, it had a cozy terrace. The spa facilities were very nice and the personnel was outstanding, friendly, well informed, answered all our questions promptly.

There was not even one thing we didn’t like.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The host and staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Accomodation wrote us, that they will send email with necessary information, because we came after opennig hours reception. We didnt get this email and came to accomodation. Nobody wasnt od phone or email and we decided knock on all rooms and find free room. It was very nervous and uncomforttable for us. We decided to sleep in one free room and hope that nobody will come.

Second time staying here during a ski trip and it's just as great as I remembered. Huge rooms, huge bathrooms, fantastic breakfast, and the friendliest staff! Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy access to 3S Eisgratbahn by bus or car, 5 mins walk to various great restaurants.

Every thing,location near the center of the village were the restaurants and few shops ,almost opposite to supermarket, minutes from one of Cable car and Paragliding Station (which is expensive) ,close to all other activities in the valley (car is needed or use the public transportation),card from the hotel to use all the cable car and public transportation free of charge,very friendly staff specially Catya in the reception,free car parking.

If you take the apartment no cleaning during your stay no matter how long you stay even the garbage,And the most is the bathroom separated from the toilet.

Very pleasant and kind owner and staff.The place has its own spirit. The interior is nicely furnished, the interior accessories are very tasteful and coordinated, without frills and gimmicks. Clean and tidy everywhere.Excellent breakfast. Salty, sweet, fruit, what you imagine.

Nothing that bothered me and needed to be mentioned.

We loved the beautifully curated details - the art, the lovely scents, the spa, the amazing breakfast, and the comfortable room. The team was very helpful, and lovley. Hospitality at its best.

The only thing we liked less was the proximity to the main street, but that also meant being close to the town center, supermarket and lift - so its a fair trade-off

Great location in Neustift.Comfortable room with good kitchenette. Good view from balcony which was a good place to relax.

There’s nothing I disliked…But maybe add a few clothing hooks.

Location, size and beautiful property

I loved absolutely everything about my stay, would definitely stay again. My room was huge and with loads of storage space. The decor throughout is beautiful, the staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and they had something different every morning, which was great. I didn't have a car, but there is a bus stop just outside the building with very convenient connections to Innsbruck and the ski lifts (I used Eisgrat most days). I rented my ski equipment from the Intersport shop downstairs and have had a great experience with them too.

Brilliant stay in beautifully designed apartment for skiing at Stubai Gletscher. Appreciated evening views from the balcony. Equipment hire on site. Lovely cafe, lounge area downstairs. Supermarket, lift pass office and bus stop opposite. Nice restaurants are a short walk into the village.

Only possible improvement would be to include a small welcome pack of food essentials for those arriving late (supermarket closes at 7pm and opens 12pm on Sundays). Some shower toiletries would be an added bonus.

The location was perfect. In between all 3 mountains. Perfect! The Sauna was also nice

The times of the sauna. It’s understandable why it would be open from 4-7pm as majority of the time thats when people come back, but for people that are staying in on the day cant go until 4pm. But regardless its good??

The room was big and comfortable, one of largest bathrooms in my life. Everything is new and stylish. Very good central location of the hotel: rental, shops, restaurants, ski bus stop

Sauna is too small. It would be good if hotel's restaurant would have dinner options

Clean, spacious room, sufficient kitchenette, very nice balkony

Fridge in the room where we slept was slightly noisy, not too much but I am quite sensitive, so t is only thing which I did not like all other was perfect.
