Lots of free parking spaces. Good WiFi connection, clean room. Very cooperative staff giving us tips and information for the region.
Friendly and helpful receptionist, nice and peaceful atmosphere. breakfast was worth for the price . Good parking at the hotel and easy access to everything in the property.
Hotel was fine, rooms were a bit dated but ok to sleep in. Interior is so dated it becomes retro. But clean, so who cares. Location was very good, you can park for free at the hotel and walk to the national park. Recommended. Village is very quiet. Breakfast was ok. Especially good boiled eggs. Nice info of the area near the receptiondesk, maps and such. You also get a free bus/train card for regional transportation. Not from the hotel, but from the government.
Bread was almost finished near the end of the breakfasttime. That is always a bit sad, you get the feeling there is not enough.
I loved the place, it´s a small city under the Bayerischewald national park with beutiful scenary. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The host was nice and had a great english so the communication was easy even without knowing german.
Sole thing that was not to my liking, was something the host cant do anything about and thats the church closeby and it´s bell, that proudly announces every qurter of an hour, but its shut down between 10pm an 6am so its posibble to get some goodnight sleep.
Really friendly and kind owners. My room was spacious and clean, and very quiet in a charming town. The hotel is very well located for hiking and enjoying the national park. Great to have the ample parking spot for the car as well!
