The staff especially the one at night shift was very kind and supportive

Avergaed hotel, our room was very warm, inconvinient douche

Very nice location for hiking and enjoying the nature and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Happy to come again.

The bathroom was very nice

The bed wasn’t a queen size as expected and the rest of the furniture was simply okay.

A bit old style, not in a good way. Breakfast was not to eny higher standards and be there fist what it is to get it all. No refills. Nice and clean rooms, great area and location.

We arrived to be told that the restaurant was closed for easter monday, we had to travel for food, on returning, approx 7.30 pm, the hotel was closed & we had to let ourselves into hotel, no ammenities , not very proffesional, this should have been stated on booking, so we could make another choice, feeling disappointed .

what would really help is an air conditioner or vent in the bedroom. the weather was now around 15 - 20 degrees celsius and therefore already quite warm in the bedroom with sleeping.

Did not cater for Vegans .Not even milk.We was put on top floor. yes we got moved . Lift did not work.

Well appointed rooms, very good value for money buffet, helpful staff, nice location on a nature reserve just outside Mannheim near the Rhine river.Free parking, nice restaurant with good service The hotel was quiet overall, less than 10 guests plus a corporate event in the meeting room on our day of departure

Nothing really

A lovely quiet place to stay. Staff were very helpful and food was lovely, a good breakfast too. Outside terrance just perfect for a drink and view of the lake.

Food in restaurant was horrible- expensive and not tasty. If you order tagiatelle aglio olio you will get overcooked dry pasta with one cherry tomato, two pieces of dry zuccini and you will pay for that €18- hudge mistake, does the chef know how to make aglio olio? If not, why it's in menu and why a little bit of pasta with some spices is sooo expensive? It's a really big missunderstanding.

The Hotel was a little bit out of our way, but it looked a great place for a stop over as we were travelling with our German Shepard, and it was. Room size was excellent and very well equipped. The hotel location itself is great, right next to a lake and a small beach area, quite picturesque. Our room was on the 1st floor and had a very nice very out over the lake. While the Hotel's own restaurant was closed, there were others recommended within walking distance (the region is series of small lakes and is like a big holiday park), We chose a very nice restaurant called Haus zum Zander which is also set lake side and we were treated to a great sunset dinner.

We arrived a little early (about an hour before check in) and while we could sit on the very nice terrace, we were unable to get a drink or a snack, not great after a long drive. We were also informed that the restaurant was closed all day that day.Another point to note was, as it was a hot day and night, while the rooms had great electric blinds (take a bit of working out) and patio doors, they could really do with aircon or at the very least a fan in the room. The latter i was informed on check out could be provided on request.

The location and the staff are very nice.

For future it would be great if there is a/c in the room cause during the summer season the the temperature in the room is extremely hot.

Bad

The fact of no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot not well ventilated. Checked out didn't continue the stay. Was very disappointed with the whole thing. ?

No A/C, no stores and the room was fully exposed to the sun. It was way to hot in the room + mosquitoes everywhere due to the lake nearby

It's terribly hot and there is no air conditioning (!)we got a fan but unfortunately it wasn't enough.In addition, there is no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower is slippery and uncomfortable. there is a lot of potential for the place, but the hotel is a bit outdated.

Good location

Staff insists of speaking german even though we told them several times we do not speak german.Building extremely noisy, we could hear everything from the other rooms.We could not sleep all night because of noise of steps coming from the other rooms.The air in the room was heavy coming from the bathroom, I had a stuffy nose all night because of it. And we could not open the window because there was wasp's nest in the balcony.
