We paid in advance through booking.com and was also charged again in checkout process. When I made this clear, they said that they would have to make a refund via bank transfer. We are still waiting. ? golf traning facility poorly maintained.
I like the location it was really good for short walk , when we arrived it was raining but still we enjoyed walking around the lake close by

At 9:20 no vegetable in breakfast bar. I would expect it should be added as there is still plenty time until the breakfast is finished. But to be fair, this was the only thing I can complain about. The rest was on very good level.
Staff communication great, suite felt brand new, everything clean and comfortable, very well thought out, great breakfast, children’s playground outside, small nature area near water to sit, lounge chairs on swings, mini golf for kids.
The lift was broken but it happens, maintenance was working to fix

We stayed in this hotel for one night - on our way to the Czech Republic. Small but clean room. Restaurant available on the premises - had a decent meal. Breakfast also good. Bonus is the access to the wellness area.

Hotel room very basic
The breakfast buffet was excellent, staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in it. My husband dropped his phone out of the window and they promptly helped us recover it from the upstairs gutter.
The spa was under construction, but we were notified in advance, so no real issue

unfortunately really dirty room (old spider webs under the table, in the corners, under the bed, on the wall, dust clouds under the bed, black socks got grey within the first steps). the second room, we got offered, exactly the same (??!)got offered cleaning in the evening (which i have to give the facility credit for), but didn't take it, didn't really have the faith in the people who were supposed to have cleaned the room in the first place.neither did i take the 40€, i got offered at the checkout.i thought i'll manage my complain via booking, but the facility didn't get back to booking's customer service (???!), although the've been contacted several times both via tel and mail (so i was told by booking's customer service)...so unfortunately no more.stays for me at that place...

Room was not 100% clean, i put the bag on the closet and it was full of dust. We were unpleasantly surprised that in SPA area are no pool. During Covid19 restaurant is closed at day time,which is not good becouse Hotel is located in place where are no other option to eat somewhere else,or even just drink cup of coffee after a long trip
