Location Air con and Wi-Fi , breakfast ok , Room ok

They were fully booked ,so they were busy and reception was a bit poor

The hotel is clean and smells good the moment you enter and the cleaning is done daily. The view on the terrace where you can take breakfast is amazing and compensates the fact the breakfast is not so diversified.

The breakfast is not really diversified which is a bit bad if you consider to stay one week. Each day there was an issue with the toaster and the coffee machine, but they repair it during our staying, which is good thing.

Very nice and clean room, amazing view on the marine. Perfect location near the city centre. I would reccomend this properety. Parking is near the facility.

Room is small and the breakfast is really basic.

We stayed for 6 days. The location and the views are fantastic, overlooking the fishing harbor. The breakfast was good, made even better by the service of Anastasia. It is close to a lot of restaurants, pubs and bars.

I have two unpleasant remarks: the first is that this hotel has no elevator and there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms. and the second is the interior planning of the rooms. It is very strange to find instead of a bathroom two small cubicles, one containing the shower and the other the sink and the toilet. Also, the room in which we were was furnished with very basic IKEA style furniture.

The breakfast was excellent, the location in front of the harbour fabulous, everythink very good there

the noise of a discotheque from friday till sunday night was horrible, as the bedroom was located in direction to the city and also the discotheque

Very good experience, the rooms was perfect, comfortable, cleaned and stick to the description. Special mention to the kindness of the staff, always ready to make your stay perfect.

The hotel was close ti reataurants and little shops. It had a nice balcony vwith a nice view. We had a very warm reception, they were very accommodating.

Aqua Marine 2 building is separate from aqua marine luxury rooms building. Facilities differ in these buildings.Management forgot to tell us the key code for the main entrance so we had to call the emergency number of the hotel to provide us during midnight. Fortunately, management answered the call, otherwise we could have stayed outside wondering what to do for the night.Management forgot to tell us that hot water in the room is dependent on water heater as there was no gas running in this building. As a result, we had to have cold shower since we didnt know that we had to turn on the heater to have hot water. When complained in the reception, the management had no clue about the heater and realized after some calls with the owner that there was a heater.Management send once in 4 nights-stay the room service to clean the room. Due to covid-19, other hotels required our agreement to send the room service daily, this hotel never asked for our consent so they just decided to send the room service once.Air-conditioning was poor in the room - when complained to management, they offered us to stay in another room, but we decided to remain to this one as we had already settled our stuff and it was kind of a mission to go to the other proposed building/room.Aqua Marine 2 needs improvements in the facilities - the bed and bathroom are ok though.Aqua Marine 2 needs improvement in the management level - I found it completely unprofessional and unreliable the fact that havent provided the entrance code and the water heater info in the first place. I feel we paid for services that havent been provided.Sorry Aqua Marine but I m not recommend you at this time.

I loved everything, I never thought I could find the hotel that I want to go back many times and this time it happened, I loved the attitude of the hotel team, great room experience and location. Very clean, fresh rooms, location to all we wanted and same kind attitude to us. This is my personal gem in this area.

The apartments are new, clean, comfy, dream like. The view from the balcony was amazing - one of the most beuatiful views ever :)

Loved everything about our stay, will come back many times for sure, clean property, sea view rooms, great stuff and location. Simply loved this hotel apartments. Great job guys, wish you success to overcome covid crisis.
