Amyntas Seafront Hotel - Adults Only

The place was like heaven - very calm, private, with beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. The sea is so close and with very clean waters. The owner and all the stuff were so friendly and accommodating and made sure we had a perfect relaxing holiday. It was very close to two restaurants with amazing food where we ate the best fish. We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back and recommend it to all of our friends.

Lovely, peaceful location with a great swimming beach right in front of the property. Nice pool to rinse off in after. The owner and staff were very sweet and friendly. Excellent breakfast, promptly in the room at the requested time.

Superb location, 5 steps from the sea, quiet village, very peaceful. Endless beach. Big room, brand new. Excellent service, the manager Alexandros is always there and always ready to assist, to recommend and to provide you with great hospitality. The hotel team is very attentive to any small requests. A good tavern is next to the hotel. Supermarket 5 min walk and village centre 20 min walk.

The internet is not stable in evenings. The breakfast is almost the same every morning.

Excellent hotel, exceptional staff, great rooms, very nice pool area, good WiFi, included parking, nice breakfast, coffee machine in the rooms, big room and bathroom...

Everything was perfect, only suggestion would be to include bottle of water per day in price, insted of charging it.

Amyntas Seafront Hotel was an amazing place to stay with a wonderful host that made the stay exceptional. The facilities are modern and well appointed our room was bigger than expected and very well decorated. Now that I have discovered this gem I will be back, thanks.

Everything!! The entire property was so well kept and to such a high standard. Daily housekeeping was so detail oriented, including fresh towels always.Alexandros and his entire team were so friendly and made everything possible.It is an amazing location - close to great restaurants, and a 15 minute walk into neo marmaras.The pool was so nice to have. Easily the best property on the entire beach. He had paddle boards, boats and bikes for use.

We enjoyed our stay at Amyntas seafront hotel at the ultimate level. Not only the room and the hotel were fantastic but also the hospitality was superb! The room was very modern, with a nice elegant decoration, everything was clean and new! The breakfast was very delicious. But, what we liked the most was the hospitality! Mr Alexandros was very kind and polite and always with a smile on his face. All the people from the hotel were kind. That’s what Greek hospitality means! Thank you for the great experience!

Fabulous boutique hotel with huge rooms and a beautiful pool area. The staff are super nice and helpful and always at your disposal. They have bicycles and stand up paddle boards for use. Breakfast was grand and delivered to the rooms at the time of your choosing. Overall a 5 star hotel in my book. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place.

The only thing I didn't absolutely love was the location. While it is a seafront hotel, it's technically not really beachfront since the shoreline is rocky. But a short walk or bike or paddle will take you to beautiful beaches.

The staff was amazing, helped with everything we needed and were very nice.We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel,in front of the sea and next to really good restaurants.

Very good experience! The hotel is brand new, the room was very spacious, the terrace with a pool view was much appreciated. Private parking was available for all guests. The owner is very kind, he makes sure that your stay is as good as possible, Extra services (not even advertised) were included (e.g. inflatable kayak, SUP, etc.) Excellent restaurants are available next to the hotel. Very good value!

The best parts of the beach are not exactly in the front of the hotel, but you can take a short walk and find a good spot.

New, thoughtfully designed and decorated. More like an apartment than a hotel room. Staff exceptionally thoughtful, available, courteous. Every detail to make us comfortable. Breakfast on our terrace, coffee and mini fridge. Only six rooms, steps from the pool and the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and close to town for shopping. Alessandro’s and his staff treated us like family.

I couldn’t think of a more perfect lodging. I only wish it were on a more beautiful, sandy beach. The beach was fine, but growing up in Hawaii and southern California I am a bit spoiled.

Perfect location to explore the Marmaras area. Slightly outside of the main town which is good with a number of restaurants 5 minutes walk away. The room and property were nice with a good breakfast. Some upkeep is needed to bring it up to scratch/perfection such as the grounds/car parking areas - there could be a nice little place at back to sit and have a BBQ.

The grounds needed some work as explained above - there were a few piles of rubbish/trailers towards the back where there could be a nice communal seating area. It wouldn't take much to level up the complex. The photos in the site are mostly accurate except for above.

It is super high end for the location. It is really nice and a real deal for the price. The room is very spacious and there is a balcony on top of it.

They changed the towels everyday ?

We loved everything about this hotel, it was wonderful, cozy, comfortable, very clean, spotless, Noula is the best and extremely efficient when it comes to organising and cleaning (I wish I could take her home with me) , close to good restaurants and shops, with the best view of the sunset and a beautiful pool.I have to underline the warmth of all staff members, they were always available to help and make you feel comfortable and cared for and trust me- to see Alexandros big smile every morning is a treat by itself. The breakfast brought to us in the morning was delicious, with fruits and vegetables, eggs, toast, butter and whatever you might desire( you can choose every morning another type of breakfast if you want) maybe the coffee could have been stronger, but the Nespresso in the room was great though.Thank you for having us, you are a team made for this business. ?

The Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We could chose out of a menu and every wish was fulfilled. It was also very nice that the breakfast was brought to our room and we could eat at our terrace looking at the sea.I could continue to compliment every aspect of our stay but as everything exceeded our expectations I will make it short: the staff, the housekeeping, the location of the hotel, the beautiful room itself and the hospitality - everything was just awesome! :)

Amazing balcony with the sunset view. Breakfast is brought directly to the room balcony. Swimming pool. The hotel is super clean and new. Everyone was very friendly to us. Parking. Only a few rooms. Quiet.

Did not like the beach itself next to the hotel, there are better around, but if you’re exploring surroundings by car this hotel can be a perfect base.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts served in the room were a great way to start our day. Having the pool with a view to the sea was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the sea on your doorstep!
