Beautiful property, friendly staff and electric car hookups

Shower water did not drain well and pillows were uncomfortable.

The location at the golf resort is beautiful, stunning view on the mountains. Room is also fine.

The breakfast was not great, compared with similar hotels: not a lot of choice and some food was already gone. Also the swimming pool was not cleaned. Nevertheless, the hotel is worth the visit if you travel without kids.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel — everything was great. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of bathrobes, even for an additional fee. Guests are expected to go to the spa wrapped in a towel, walking through the corridor past guest rooms, which makes it easy to encounter other guests — something I found quite uncomfortable. You also have to pick up towels at the reception in advance, and there are no extra towels available in the spa area itself — one towel wasn’t enough for me. It would also be great to have a water cooler with drinking water in the spa area. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Bathroom had mould and needs replacing - old and dirty. 55 euro to use a sauna. I’ve not seen this kind of charge anywhere in the world. My night cost €84. Their strategy feels very misaligned . When I only wanted to use the sauna not the other facilities and I didn’t mind if others came they were not flexible. I had booked this hotel especially for the spa after a long drive but the inflexibility of the staff on an excessive price put me off even paying that. It’s a nice spa area but quite standard now in most hotels . If it is a true spa hotel absorb the fee in the nightly rate so you’re not misleading clients. This kind of policy needs to stop in both hotels and booking.com. If you can’t absorb the cost of a spa in your nightly rate don’t build one.

Pretty good hotel right next to a golf course. The spa is not bad (not included in the price but when you reserve it you have privacy). Breakfast was average. Sitting in the lobby overlooking the golf course is pretty nice. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

The gym was not available because it was reserved to a soccer team camping at the hotel.

I loved this hotel, very good quality-price ratio (we stayed in January). Beautiful area with mountain and hill views. Very quiet. Elegant hotel with lovely spa, friendly staff and nice restaurant (also good vegetarian options). Very dog friendly.

I liked very much the location, the nature around and the SPA centre. It is so peaceful... The restaurant has a great menu as well as very friendly staff. The girl on reception was extremely helpful and kind!

The beds have been a little hard for me. The rooms are clean and spacious but I expected a more cosy atmosphere as well as type of furniture and decor. You feel the room is a bit clinical for such of type of hotel.

The fact we couldn’t eat in the hotel ‘till 9pm. It could’ve been full till then, so again, could’ve been our fault for forgetting to ask for a table when we booked the hotel.To compensate this however, we did get an excellent meal 400 yards away at the Otriskal restaurant.

The hotel left a great impression on us! The pet-friendly environment was perfect since we were traveling with a small dog. We stayed in a room on the ground floor with a terrace, which was spacious and comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the views of the golf courses and beautiful landscape provided an excellent atmosphere. The hotel’s location was quiet and safe, adding to our comfort. We are very satisfied with our experience and definitely plan to return soon!

I liked the nature and relax

The swimming pool had no bar or bar service. The spa was very expensive and also the lunch menu was the same the whole week but more expensive on the weekend.

Everything was perfect in this resort , the location , the beautiful golf course l the staff at the restaurant and the front desk Soufiane , Claudia and Nextel was very professional at the restaurant , congratulations also to the chef in the kitchen the food was great

Need to change the patio chairs in the room was poor looking broken chairs on room 10 view of the golf course , but the room was big and very confortable , also very very loud and noisy ( French people) who do not care about other guests in the restaurant but not the fault of the restaurant of course

Off the ferry from Mallorca at 19:00, this place felt right for a stop before proceeding along N-260. It worked out very well. Very nice hotel, friendly stuff, the expected comfort, excellent breakfast and private parking. A recommendation.

Wonderful staff. Great facilities. Food and wine were amazing. Enjoyed the golf as well!

There was some miscommunication when checking in. The spa area which has a Jacuzzi etc., which is wonderful, needs to be booked in advance.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Lovely Ritual shower gel and body lotion. Dinner was delicious, staff friendly and helpful and spoke English. Plenty of safe parking (we left bikes on the back of the car)

Pleasantly surprised - hotel, restaurant, pool & golf all fabulous. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful too. Will be returning with friends
