Cons -

I really like gran hotel Paris
Front desk ladies with a very bad attitude and very bad customer service. Extremely aggressive manner with customers ignoring that if we as customers choose not to rent and stay at the Paris hotel, they would not have a job. So, they depend on us.
I chose this hotel because they promoted the elevator.We even called and emailed beforehand to make sure that it was working. We stayed there 10 day and the elvelator was not working 7 of those 10 days to the detriment of an eldery family member.

We loved the staff members as they were dedicated to the job and kind. The food was delicious as well.
