The bed is too hard ?

Friendly and helpful staff, a talented chef at Noorus Pub, which serves delicious food and fantastic sauces. Excellent choice of wines and spirits, somebody did a great job there, never experienced something like this before in Noorus Hotel. Great service in Oasis Spa, we felt very welcomed there. Breakfast is good enough, nowadays, not even 4-star hotels in Europe serve salmon, Noorus still does.

Pity that there is a lack of maintenance, like nobody cares what the hotel looks like inside. Lots of dents in the walls, damaged trash bins and tables, broken toilet seats, that can be spotted as in the rooms so in other areas in the hotel. Very sad view. I hope they will fix it soon.

It is a pretty good spa hotel. Take into account that water slides are not open every day (not in season and on public holidays it is Fri-Su only), so it is worth to check their schedule and perhaps extra pay for that.

The property was great, lots of pools, saunas and slides for the kids. However the slides were not working and no one prepared us for it. We travelled with kids who were excited to go to the kids spa and we only found out it was closed once in our bathing suits and at the pools. No one knew why and for how long they’re going to be closed. A little heads up would’ve been nice. I ordered an extra bed in one of the rooms we booked and when we got there it was not made. I had to call the reception and they sent someone to open the arm chair that folded into bed however they didn’t put any bedding on it and we had to make the bed ourselves. Staff was very unfriendly and even rude except one lady at reception (with glasses and red-ish hair) who ended up giving me a discount because I complained.

Whole Hotel complex is wonderful and amazing, good location, clean and tidy everywhere, big balconies . Good restaurant with a bit modest choice to my mind. Overall SPA is wonderful, but with some issues, which need to be aware of!

1. Ordinary pool(25m long) is very shallow(not deep enough), which is extremely dangerous for jumping into the water. Unfortunately I saw one man who smashed his head by the bottom of pool. Lot of blood and not pleasant picture at all. 2. 2 water tubes(blue and green) are really fast and you might hit your shoulders and head there, because of sharp turns.3. Orange tube also need to be upgraded, because final area where you are landing is too short and you are stopping when you have reached with your own legs the edge.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition — it felt dirty and unkempt, with a blanket that was far too small to be comfortable. The mini fridge was completely empty. There was only one elevator for the entire hotel, which made getting around frustratingly slow, especially during busy hours.Breakfast was underwhelming as well — no bacon or any substantial hot options that you'd expect from a decent hotel breakfast.Overall, the stay felt cheap and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

The main bed was comfortable, it was clean.The water park and spa was great!

We booked the family room and had a sleep sofa for the children which was unbelievably uncomfortable. Such a thin mattress and even the topper we received was not enough to sleep well in it. Every single movement was loud as it was half broken and very old.The breakfast was good, but many things were not refilled. Sunday breakfast was from 8-11 and by 9:30 there were no pancakes or porridge anymore, even after asking if there will be more. Staff spoke very little English.

Everything was nice, everything is well maintained, the spa and waterpark are verg good.

Well all was nearly superb!

The bar staff was miserable, no smile, very serious, could see that they don't like what they do. Even in spa bar same thing. Very disappointed. What a shame that lobby bar isn't open whole night. Other than that i recommend!

one of the only two places where you can charge your EV, rooms are fresh and good size, great SPA, access to the gym, generally good food and location with a lot of fresh air (but further away from the city), generally a very good and relaxing place to visit

parking is too packed - always! restaurant and food are over priced, the menu in the Noorus Pub is scarce (if you want to have lunch, as Restaurant is somehow closed), a bit of a distance to the city center with shops and alternative pubs and cafeterias, only one elevator to go to the floors 5 and above - very busy in rush hours

Family rooms are spacious, bright. Nice sea view from the balkony. Great gym, accessable 24/7.

For some reason, bath robes for children are not provided upon chek-in. You have to ask for them. So if you are in a hurry to get to the SPA, do so upon arrival!

Basically in the summer would be a million worth location, but of course in the winter not that brilliant. Still good for walking in a quiet. Saunas and waterpark are really large ones. I wouldn't say that sauna part is something very special, but the pools are great. Pub is nice one, we preferred that in front of resto.

A bit of old and tired rooms, but still very ok.
