Clean, great location
Unfriendly service, personnel smiling was rare. Some employees continued speaking russian although they realized i do not speak russian.
Nice, clean, modern, everything you need in hotel room. Sauna and pool facilities exceptional.
This is a good hotel in general. The SPA is really good. The location is also good, near to the beach. It used to be one of my favorite hotels in Estonia.
The breakfast was poor, especially when you don't eat gluten. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were not good either. The staff spoke Estonian very poorly. Food at the restaurant used to be better than now.
LocationFriendly staff Unlimited use of saunas
Spa was nice. Cozy and big windows for natural light, wood-heated saunas. Play-area for kids.
First I had trouble getting into the room because the key card wasn't working. Eventually it took me half an hour to get inside the room. I booked a junior suite and it turned out that they tried to put me in the wrong room (pictures) without even saying anything. When I asked about it then they said there was an issue with the A/C in the actual junior suite room and I could either stay in the original room which they offered me or go to the junior suite with faulty A/C. They didn't offer any reimbursement so I obviously picked the junior suite room. A/C itself was working but it made weird noises during the night so couldn't really sleep properly. All in all, both rooms I saw were quite worn out and in need of a desperate renovation.
We love the spa and sauna facilities! the water temp hot and cold was all on point. Loved the outdoor hot tub and sauna too. The fact that the usage is unlimited is also a great deal! The hotel team was very generous in surprising us with a bottle of champagne and fruits for our anniversary and it really made my wife happy! Thank you very much!
At peak hours the spa was packed with people. Would have appreciated it if there was a 18+ only section for a more relaxed atmosphere. Some kids were jumping in the pool very aggressively, ignoring rules (yes, not the fault of the hotel)
Most of the things are perfect!
Really don’t have many minuses, I was able to hear ppl talking in other room loudly. A bit cold in the spa but sauna fixed it.
Good location lots of different spa options. The staff were exceptionally friendly
Some of the spaces in the spa/ sauna section weren’t well maintained, there were signs of mould
The room, view and spa were nice.
Water in the whole hotel was super dirty, white instead of a clear one, there was also no shampoo or any other liquid in the room on arrival, only a bar of soap. The shampoo was provided on request, but nothing could be done about the water.
- Well-maintained and well-planned hotel near the sea, public transport and several restaurants and cafes - The sauna and swimming area is pleasant with inside and outside areas and can keep both adults and children activated for days - Pleasant spa centre with a multitude of treatments, friendly staff and good consultation- Great eye to details, for example that I was congratulated on my birthday and bathrobes for kids
I cannot complain about anything. The only detail that I reacted on was that the bathroom light button is located behind the bathroom door.
Narva- Jõesuu is a nice place, rooms were comfortable, it´s very close to the beach...breakfast was rather good, but coffee was not. Spas are not rare in Estonia, I´m not sure I understand what the ultimate sale argument is, considering the price.
Price - which is too high!
We had a dog with us and the place was good to travel with pet.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, why the parking cost anything.
Top location, near to beach, comfortable rooms, good breakfast
Only there one night and didn’t find anything to complain about, although possibly a bit expensive compared with other places in Estonia
The hotel is in a wonderful location, just 100 m from the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast, the room, and the spa, which had very good sauna rituals. The staff knows English, which is helpful.
The rooms have soft carpets, which are not so easy to clean.
I liked the location - it was near the beach.
The standard room was for a price of 199€ which was definitely not worth it.
SPA was amazing and service was very helpful. Also the breakfast was very good and the location (with outside garden) was great. Location is also good as it is very close to the beach.
The room was nice and clean but quite old-styled.
Great location near the beach. Noce Spa.
Air-condition in the room is loud and not working.
