The place is situated near the sea and on the main street. Room was ok - clean and not too small.The staff was nice but there is nobody during night. You have to use a code to get in.

There was some kind of air conditioner, but it did not work properly. There was no air and it was very hot. Sleeping was quite a challenge because it. That is a problem in the whole building probably, as at breakfast it was a bit too fuggy also.The breakfast was very simple and the coffee was not drinkable. We went to another place to have coffee. The surrounding of the hotel was very dirty and there are abandoned builidings.

Do not expect much. Good for one night stay.

Uncomfy beds, no blackout curtains, bad lightning in the rooms. Worst breakfast I have ever got in Narva area.

We stayed with a family at the beginning of October. The hotel has no heating, so it was quite cold at night.

Had a triple room, three beds. A large window faced the backyard parking lot for visitors, but no noise. It was quiet, except sometimes when other guests flushed the toilet somewhere, but it didn't bother. The beds were pretty soft, pillows and blankets, too. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, showed how to open all the doors (the main entrance closed at 6 pm on Saturday and stayed closed all Sunday - I visited on the first weekend of September - , so the guests had to use the side door with key pad). The restaurant on the third floor is very large, lots of room to choose your table during breakfast, which was fair enough. The hotel is just two blocks or 4 minutes walk from a sandy beach and 2-3 minutes walk from two major grocery stores in the city center. The hotel has much less crowds than larger resort/spa hotels closer to the beach. Backyard parking is free, but there might not be room for everyone if you arrive too late.

One of the two mattresses in room 212 was very worn out and uncomfortable.

The beds nicely made with nice duvets.Lots of towels shower worked well Coffee and tea in room and best breakfast ever in restaurant.

Fire alarm what lasted over an hour in night as there were no staff around and took time when rescue guys got contact with hotel staff to turn off the alarm.This incident had little affect on my sleeping time before my planned next day half marathon run in Narva.

Breakfast was good. Location needs a little more attention. It was not clean and sweet.

Good location, close to local restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The room was reasonably comfortable. The shower was good. The breakfast was good and filling. The staff were good.

The reception was not 24 hours. I needed to be careful each time when I left my room, made sure I got my room key with me. Otherwise, I could be locked out of my room for the whole night. Also I could not work out how to switch on the bed side lights.

Room was clean. It was quiet place.

I didn't know about pet fees. I wasn't noticed that I have to pay extra for dog.

Sounds from other rooms could easily be heard through the ventilation.

It was really dusty, the Tv did not work properly, the bed was like a stone.

Specious room and bathroom. Quite surrounding, close to see. Very good breakfast.

Central location. Room size. Possibility to use the nearby Noorus Spa with some rooms.

Room was not preheated (end of October).

Nice hotel close to bus stop, 2 supermarkets and beach.
