Pros +
- The Deluxe Family Room has comfortable bed and large sofar for a teenager. It also has capsule coffee and tee. It also has a little storage room. We were told that all Deluxe Family Rooms windows are onto a pine dune towards the sea, which is much better than to a loudy pool side. We absolutely love location. You want to jump and run when coming out to the beach in the very morning. You can enjoy sea sun set too. The 18m long swimming pool may have a glass cover to enjoy when cold outside. And when your back strike, you can get many kind of medical treatment. We'll come again.
- The building is a very interesting historical space with a nice spa and good location by the sea. Breakfast has everything you need and rooms are nice for a short stay! Also nice to have indoor and outdoor pools.
- All was very good, as for me.. Room for one person (travelling with a small dog) was good as expected, bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is nutritious and varied.
Cons -
- Well, it might not be considered a disadvantage by many customers, but 1)there are still no electric car charger 2)Hotel interior is from Soviet era and can be considered as a museum 3)Average customer age 60+ (or at least it feels so)Real problem of this room is a construction decision to create a 10cm barrier between shower and rest of the bathroom. It does not prevent water out to the bathroom floor but prevents it to drain.
- Some employees struggled to speak Estonian (and English) and there was no air condition in our room. But that was mainly the issue as the floor heating of the bathroom was on. Some pools in the spa were colder than promised.

All was good
My room was very beautiful, with magnificent view on the silence forest. SPA was quite good as well.
Some people in SPA were too noisy and with bad behavior.
The restaurant on the 3rd floor served very delicious food and very beautifully arranged. 10 from 10!!! But remember that you should book a table in advance! Big swimming pool outside and jackuzzi bath also outside are very interesting, in cold times they are covered with half transparent cover. Location is super good! The large endless beach and the sea are amazing for the long walks and in summer time for bathing and having sun.
Live music in the restaurant on the 3rd floor disappointed. SPA part is very small and only 2 saunas from 4 were working. Beds are more or less ok, pillows were very uncomfortable
The building itself and the restaurant - very good.
The cleaner did not come every day and despite repeated reminders, the sheets were not changed.
Close to the beach, very spacious
Some smiling and some friendliness from staff would make this place great
The Soviet Union atmosphere of the facility. The evening at Taras Bar.
The furnishing of the room and bathroom.
Very good place to stay for families and with friends as well. The inside and outside pool and the saunas are bonus - no time limit for the visitation if you are the guest of the hotel. Not very crowded as well. Breakfast was better than i expected. Despite that there was a bar outside with ongoing party on the friday night the room was very quiet and no problem with sleeping at all.
May-be the common areas need a bit refreshment, but with this price it is not a problem at all.
Near to seaRoomStones throw from the sea and the room was adequate for the needs of family. Quiet in pool area but it was out of season
Staff who were miserable and none spoke any English.Tripping hazard in bathroom with shower curtain to long for tubPillows only 1 and poor quality
Good Breakfast. Tasty Pancakes. Cozy room. Kettle and Coffee Machine in the room.
Think price is on the high side for this period of time.
Good hospitality and attention from the side od staff, clean room, good breakfest.
Some possibilities of bath in SPA complex were closed without previous annotations
The facilities and services, the nearby beach, the food at the restaurant
The fact that the staff did not speak English enough
Everything was good: place, food, room.
pool opening hours were mixed up: the receptionist told me no opening hours in the morning and in fact the pool was open, but then I didn’t know and missed the opportunity to swim in the morning.
The building, location, external pool
Perfect location near the beach and bus stop.Friendly staff. Nice and cozy spa area.Good restaurant
Breakfast OK but could be better.
Location is good , nostalgic place
there is no ventilation, a lot of support staff and workers are constantly kicking, moving, dusting. Food poor and bad.
Very good location, the beach is a few steps away. The room was clean. Delicious and healthy varied breakfast.
Bad
Will never ever come back to this place again. On pictures on booking everything looked ok, when arrived and checked in the room we nearly fainted. Horrible smell in the room, balcony door broken, no air conditioning or ventilation. Half of building is renovated and has laminating in the rooms, those rooms are ok, but most of them have rugs, that have absolutely disgusting smell. Have checked out of this place 10min after the check in.
Excellent location near the beachProperty was clean
Breakfast food selection was poor, no fruits and starts 8am ( a bit late for us)Admin was not so friendlyThe room looked different than on the booking.com photoSauna complex opens only 3pm
