Great locatiom.

Restaurant was closed but there are other places to eat not too far away

Comfy beds, kind and helpful staff and a stunning location beside the lake

No kettle in the room

Great location. We had dinner at the hotel on 2 evenings and thought the quality of food was excellent for a 2 star hotel. They also provided us with picnic lunch one day, which was plentiful. Staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Shower could have been better. I would have liked a facility for tea and coffee in room.

Staff friendly, they gave us garage key so we could lock our motor bikes away. Had evening meal which was delicious. Breakfast was adequate.

Rooms could do with a make over.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a vibrant village within a very short walk. The attached restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The room was comfortable and we were offered garaged parking for our motorbikes which was fab,

The food in their restaurant is really good - creative and very tasty, and they have a good wine list. The rooms are a little old but well maintained, and look out towards the lake, thought not across the road from the lake.

Location for travel in the area. Garage to park our motorcycles. Friendly staff and great food. Clean room.

The Grillon hotel is a good family hotel with large rooms, very clean and comfortable. There are several car parks available. It is very quiet inside and outside. The location is great: a couple of minutes from the lake or to go hiking.

There are not that many options for vegetarians in the breakfast buffet: no plant-based milk or yogurts. It is a very standard offer with bread / butter / jam (there is also cheese and eggs for a more complete option)

Everything was wonderful. Staff were pleasant, room very comfortable and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was buffet with all one would need to start the day. Highly recommended.

The staff were very warm and welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered enough choice. For dinner we took up the offer of the daily set menu which was home cooked, well presented and of high quality! Great value for the price. It was an added bonus that the staff could communicate in English for us.

It would be have been nice to have had the toilet in the same room as the bathroom however the configuration of the room could not easily allow it to be incorporated.

The restaurant is closed on Wednesday evening. The lady behind the desk was wonderfully helpful in recommending an alternative restaurant - she was so kind

Really friendly staff, very comfy rooms and the location by the most beautiful lake with lots to do. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was goid lots of choice. Will definitely stay there again
