Very traditional Polish setting. Easy walk to restaurants. Lovely small Polish town.

Great atmosphere with old style. But everything is clean and renovated. It was warm inside.

Lovely building; extremely friendly and helpful staff - from management to cleaning staff. The scrambled eggs were fantastic for breakfast, too

Nice building, very comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Things that could have been improved - tea kettle in the room and a small refrigerator would have been nice.

Quiet location, ideal to explore Mszana Dolna, friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great! Walking distance from Mszana Dolna city center which was great as I did not have a car.

It's a shame the room did not have an air con, it was very hot at night. And when I opened the window, it was very noisy because of the road outside and driving cars.The mattress was not to my liking as well as the pillow, these could be replaced.

Bed are too short, pillow too soft, at 4:30 AM the room are with light, maybe a dark curtain to cover the window is better

Location, staff and architecture

No parking left due to ongoing wedding. Noisy even though Hotel changed us to a room far away from the party. No AC and we needed to close the window to sleep. No blinders and very translucent curtains, which together with the noise made it very difficult for me (as a non-polish) to have a good night of rest. Woke up multiple times during the night and after 5:00 the room was full of light. Cleaningness not up to my standards. Blanket cover was clean hut the blanked itself had horrible stains (reddish or brown) and the floor also has similar stains.TV was tiny (15"?) and impossible to watch from the bed.

Very nice place with good breakfast. Good place when you plan early morning start to close mountains.

When hotel is full its hard to find place for car on the parking.

There was a good selection of food available. Staff friendly, service good.

The bathroom had on shower only small bath, lamp fixtures were poor mounted, the receptionist not very welcoming, the bed sheets did not fiy. The personnel could use some good training. Hotel has great potential but management needs to step up.

Nice staff. Despite dealing with a huge, international wedding party, the receptionist allowed me to check in nearly two hours early. I was really grateful for the early shower after conquering the surrounding hills on my bike. I wanted an early start on Sunday, so they packed me a breakfast bag. I did receive an email regarding the wedding festivities, warning me about noise, the sound volume was not too bad until 04:00 when neighboring guests came stumbling in. Again, not bad.The waitress in the restaurant was EXCELLENT. I do regret not having any cash so that I could tip her. In Poland, you cannot put the tip on the credit card receipt...sorry about that. I will give the next deserving waitress a double tip in recognization of her service. Bike parking in the wine cellar, pretting ritzy for my cycle!

nothing really, maybe eurosport on the TV to watch the Tour of Spain. There was some traffic noise, but bearable.

Everything was perfect - clean and originally decorated. Very comfortable beds. Impressive building. Food and service in the restaurant excellent.
