It was kind of a random choice in my case, but I was so impressed with the hotel that we chose it again and it was the right choice! Small hotel in a quiet place. Very clean, with really nice and helpful staff.

Possibility to check in late - keys kept in safe
Unable to communicate in English by phone. the switchboard woman hung up the phone when she heard English (3 times!!!)… luckily, using e-mail and a translator, I got along with the hotel staff.

No soap in the bathroom, spiders, used and opened bottle of water of the previous guest at the room, no reply for my complain
Nice location in a calm neighborhood, near a small stream. Breakfast was ok, and the self check-in was easy
the room carpet was just disgusting. I have never seen such a dirty and stained carpet. In the room cornes, you would find the spider web. Basically, the room looked terrible
