Excellent staff. Hotel employee is very caring, informative, and professional.
We loved the location, which is very central in Monterosso in easy walking distance to the train station and on the main street in Monterosso. Location could not be better. Hotel Employee at the front desk is wonderful, very helpful and friendly.
Cons -
The bathroom was a bit tiny and our bathroom window was right next to the front door which made it somewhat awkward to do anything there.
The only minus was that there was not one English channel on the TV. Everything else was perfect.
