Despite being right next to a roundabout, the whole area just falls asleep at sundown., which makes for good quality sleep. There is a lovely sort of 60s feel to the place. Everything is clean, safe and organized and breakfast was lovely!

Everything was good. Lovely Host and welcoming with good communication!The apartment was clean & functional. Good size for 4 of us. The car charging point at the property is a bonus.

Great location, clean spacious apartment for six of us, lovely breakfast, and super pool.

The only thing to possibly dislike is the busy road the property is on.

We very much appreciated this place. The standard of the two-floor apartment with space for 4 persons (2 bedrooms) was good; a well equipped kitchinette, fridge/freezer, efficient AC (needed!), two Tv's, comfortable beds, pool, tennis (hard-court) and table tennis. The residence is calm and safe with an adorable and very service-minded couple running the place. A boulangerie 150 m away was a bonus for the breakfasts and there were several food-stores 3-5 min away by car. Several nice and historical villages to visit in the close neighbourhood, 35 min to the beach and 90 min to gourge du Verdon. We (2 adults one boy 10 y from Sweden) stayed for 14 days.

The area is fenced and safe, but the outside environment is busy with stores and lots of cars. No place for calm walks or scenery - a car is needed for sightseeing. The beautiful old Montauroux village is 2 km uphill from the residence.

It was clean and perfect for a family of 4. Easy check in and out. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Only 30 min from Cannes. 5 min from the lake.

Beautiful grounds and well-appointed apartment. Good location with everything we needed.

There are 4 buildings. Wifi is good in A and D. Not so much in building B. Limited outlets that had difficulty holding the plug.

No cleaning rooms for five days!!!

The only slight negative is that it’s on a very busy main road.

- private parking is available and there is a gate that closes all cars inside. It felt safe after a long journey with our car loaded- The beds are comfy - There is a playground for kids and a lot of safe place to make them play. - There is a nice table outside, and privacy between one unit and the other- most of all I liked the friendly people running the place, they were kind and with a smile for us all.

- One room is upstairs with no door, the stair is made of wood and makes noises while going up and down at night. It will wake up the other person sleeping.

The size of the apartments that can fit big families.Host is nice and helpful.

Nothing in specific. But if I wanna be picky, maybe that it's a bit old.

Nice pool area but strict rules around using it. No drinks etc.

Very nice atmosphere and lovely, friendly hosts. A family owned and operated place which made the stay very nice.Nice pool area and activities such as table tennis, tennis court, trampoline. Big garden. Clean, recently renovated spacious 2-bedroom apartment, kitchen with everything you need.

The traffic outside the hotel area (althoug quite large) was a bit disturbing in the apartment where we stayed when we sat at the patio. But for example at the pool you hardly noticed it.

Marie was very kind! and the apartment clean and with everything we needed!
