Location, view, breakfast

Small and uncomfortable bed and pillows, no place to open luggage, coffee Receptionist not knowing how to find booking payment and trying to make us pay again!

The only thing I liked about this hotel, was the view on the Alps.

First of all, arriving to your room smelling piss all over the place is not really a good impression when you have to pay 150CHF for a stay. Power outlets were not available near your beds, so if you wanted to charge your phone, you'd have to go all across the room for the outlet. The room also didn't have it's own shower and a toilet, so you've had to use one in the corridor. At night, it was extremely cold, waking up multiple times due to inhaling cold air. I thought maybe breakfast will save the impression but no, the breakfast did not offer any hot meals, only hams, cheese, yogurt, cereals and some fruit with vegetables were available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved staying here and wish we had booked additional nights. We initially treated it as an overnight on our way to Italy and thoroughly regretted not staying longer. We had a family room with ample space and loft beds for the kids. The room was immaculate. The view from the hotel is stunning, it is situated in a very quiet part off the road, and you do not hear any traffic noises. The staff stayed late to wait for our arrival and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend the hotel for the price and excellent quality. Lots of hiking opportunities around as well with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

The view is stunning! The food is very fresh, and local produced.

The restaurant staff can’t communicate clearly what the buffet includes, what is not. The price for the food is not cheap as usual, I would say quite pricy.

Exceptional direct view of the lake and mountain from the bed. Breakfast has a very limited selection but at the terrance it’s a stunning view.

Mattress was unacceptable, it was too old to be used, hallowed in! One of the restaurant staff working at the evening were showing me very bad attitude towards me. Just this one interaction with this rude staff, destroys my entire experience here.

The view is extraordinary and location is great.

The bed is awful! Had to sleep on floor.And the staff know it but they do nothing…

Amazing view, friendly staff.

We booked room for 5 and we found just mattress on the floor for the 5th person.

Incredible place, fantastic view of mountains and lake. Great hotel with helpful stuff. Very tasty food, free parking.The stay was comfortable for family with 2 child.

Amazing views. Staff were amazing and so friendly, made us feel so welcome. We went for a beautiful walk in the morning also and was stunning. The view from the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend. Thought the shared bathrooms would be a problem but no all good as they had plenty of WCs with showers.

The breakfast was good.

The room smells really terrible. I found an insect in my bed!!! The bed is very narrow for 2 people and moreover the bed linen is very noisy and creaky, every time you turn - every time you wake up because of it.

The hotel is so clean and so beautiful from the inside. The location is amazing. We enjoyed the lake view so much! You can see the entire Walensee from there. Also it‘s just 2 min away from Krenzerberg which it was so practical for us. I asked if they can make the room a bit romantic as it was my bf birthday and they made it really beautiful. The receptionist is really friendly and sweet. She helped me when i had Fever. I totally recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great, also nice vegan options. The view is magnificent. Parking is not next to hotel, but close.

Very small double bed, although there is plenty of space for a bigger one. Also the noise - we could hear the neighbours doing "normal" things and not even being loud.

Great views, great breakfast. Stayed in the budget rooms but everything was still clean. I wish I had time to play ping pong.

Small and simple hotel at the great location. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Lots of seminar rooms, if that's what you're in for.

Restaurant has a very basic meal offering at the buffet (dinner and breakfast), don't know if a la carte is better. There's no space to sit around or chill, no lobby to speak of or something along those lines.

It's a slightly strange hotel. As the name suggests it majors on seminars. So it doesn't have an epicentre or heart as such. I think for one night it's worth it but if you want a soul then perhaps a more traditional hotel is the way to go.
