We like to come again to Primma!??
- Wonderful hotel all around, and great personel. Both ladies- at check in and at breakfast the next morning- have a wonderful personality, they made our stay joyful. Although we used the huge public parking the hotel has its own private secure parking.
Cons -
- Problems with check in and payment. Isolation of the rooms is very poor. You can literally hear what your neighbours talking about. I'm not even talking about other voices that are coming in….
- Except breakfast there is no food option, but you can bring anything back- there are several options close by the hotel. The elevator access is a bit strange. We used the entrance one on the back side of the building by the parking lot, and if you access that way there are several steps until you reach the elevator. There is an elevator on the street side, but it is closed sometimes as it is through a business.
- The breakfast was very poor, very little selection to the point where it wasn't enough food to feed 2 small kids (no ketchup left, no eggs, no sausages). We are not fussy people, but it wasn't justified for 7 euro per person.Also, there was one member of staff doing everything: reception, restaurant, breakfast basically there 24h :)

Very convenient location, near the main road and close to shops. New hotel, comfortable and well decorated. We recommend a room with a terrace.

we didn’t had coffee, just in first day.
We came with refugees from Ukraine, their little children and their cats for same rest after a week of stress. The staff handled all our special needs with great support. Thank you again for your understanding.
