price did not match the value. water in the indoor pool was cold. breakfast did not match the price. main wellness zone was closed, and we had to pay extra for the open wellness, although the room price was already too high.

We loooooved the views and peaceful atmosphere!

The spa closes at 9pm so we didn’t manage to use our SPA access :(. No AC in the room is a huge minus. We would appreciate lower temperature in the room, especially after a 7hr car drive.

The room was very warm because of sun, only small fan to move the hot air around. Would be nice to have air conditioning

One night feels like 3 days of holidays! Friendly staff, tasty food, nice pool and terrific view over mountains and valleys.And a really nice golfcourse.

Good breakfast, the only remark is that the service ladies clean everything at 10:45 when breakfast is until 11.Apart from that, a beautiful place with a small pool, in beautiful surroundings. Peace and quiet and nice ladies at the reception.

A burnt and torn curtain in the room is not a good recommendation for a 4-star hotel .Apart from that, everything is OK.

We stayed at the resort for the long weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful location, delicious breakfast and extremely nice and welcoming staff. The lady at the reception made our trip truly memorable. She was so kind, always smiling, beyond helpful and always at our disposal. I’m sure we will return one day.

Towels were not changed, wet and used towels were beautiful folded and passed off as new, cups were not washed, did a bed. This is not the level of a 4 star hotel!((((

The view from the bedroom and the breakfast area was astonishing. Really calming and relaxing area. Breakfast had a good selection of items, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was not cleaned in the second day.

Location is in a nice an quite place.Breakfast is well equipped with different food...but NO breakfast before 7am. also no coffee before 7am.

Good size rooms, great price, staff helped us get a taxi each day, pool and spa facilities were great.

Rooms a little warm, only a small fan and no aircon. Not really any vegan options at breakfast but that's to be expected for the area. We still were able to have toast, fruit, coffee and juice.

Spa, was poor. Not value the money in my opinion. And kinda pricey dinner, but very good. 100% worth the price.

We booked a stay for 2 and a small child. When we arrived at reception desk, noone knew about a child (I think the main issue is between the service providers, it seems it is not a mistake at reception as the order was for 2. Also, on booking.com website, it was a bit misleading. We thought we booked hotel with breakfast and dinners included.Room was fine, however, it was a bit too small for a family. Otherwise, good service, kindness of staff helped make our stay more comfortable.There are issues with capacity of restaurant and wellness. Wellness is being enlarged, so hopefully the situation will improve. Restaurant may be popular (meals were delicious), but for someone who stays in hotel to make a reservation for specific hour is not ideal. Especially with a small kid, the plans are not really certain. We were lucky to always have a table for 2+1. But I was thinking about plan B all the time = where to go for dinner, where to have a lunch, what if we need to feed a kiddo and the restaurant is full, etc.

Restaurant- Food quality in general not good enough for 4* hotel. Was there 4 days no one was without problem. Poor breakfast selection. Food from Menu: over cooked fish, re heated potatoes, lava cake without lava, salty risotto, etc. Starters, Soups, Salats and burgers have been nice / fresh and tasty.Spa - cold swimming pool, missing cooling pool after sauna, cooling showers at “public” spot could not be used unless you enjoy been observed while cooling yourself naked after taking sauna .
