Pros +
- It was certainly central. Nice to have a convenient place for a drink/snack in the lobby.
- Hot water kettle in the room with a selection of teas. The wellness pool was very relaxing.
- The location was very good. Everything was walkable within a few minutes. The rooms were comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge. The spa was super nice.
Cons -
- Although the staff were doing their best it seems odd to have one person managing a public cafe AND check in, especially at traditional check-in time. Exit from the parking required either a key or permission from the staff which does not make sense. You should not need permission to leave.
- Unfortunately the refrigerator in the room did not work and there was a leftover bottle of water in the refrigerator. Also the shower was very hot and difficult to adjust down.
- The room didn’t have a fridge as advertised. There was a very small “cooler” that didn’t work.

Really nice staff and great location , breakfast was good and selection fine
Hotel services especially reception, bar, restaurant, spa were great. The location is superb for people who like to explore nature or nearby cities.
Beautiful place with lovely staff, great food and nice spa area.
Nice building, great room with functioning airco, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
Amazing breakfast! Well above standard. Nice staff. Very convenient shower with assortment of soaps, conditioner etc. for adults and for kids. Family-friendly.
Very clean and pleasent room. The staff was very polite. The secured parking.
A bit noisy but nothing special.
I normally don't leave reviews, but we had such a beautiful holiday in dolomites, which was complimented by the Albergo Caffe Centrale hotel hotel. We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel was tastefully decorated with modern amenities. All of the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The location was quiet and very safe.Would thoroughly recommend this place.
Clean and modern room. Parking on closed area, small pool.
Specifically booked cause site said restaurant was open... it wasn't. Only 1 keycard, no power in room when you leave, which also disables airco. Had airco on full blast whole night but wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room.
great coffe bar within the hotel. astonishing view.
The stuff was absolutely amazing, the rooms modern and very clean!
Everything was great
Comfortable, clean and full of services.
Wonderful fresh food to propel us on our bike trip up the mountains.
It’s a hidden gem.
