The stuff was rude. No refrigerator in the room and nowhere it was mentioned. When I was trying to understand where is the outside parking they didn’t really tried to explain and wanted to charge deposit of $80 for the control every day plus the $18 park

The Feng shui throughout the hotel is very thoughtful.Everything was very clean and the breakfast excellent.

The room is very nice with nice amenities, and the smart TV is good for connecting to mobile devices.

breafast has not many options

We didn't opt for breakfast as it seemed a bit steep for a fairly standard and not that large selection. The bar downstairs does excellent coffee, but doesn't have any decaff. The hotel generally was clean and comfortable and inviting

We had night lights under our beside tables that were over sensitive and so e.g. were set off by the duvet flopping over the edge of the bed, or my husband walking past the end of my side of the bed on the way to the loo which woke us up a lot the first night. We ended up blocking them with luggage. Also the TV screen lit up in front of the bed the first night at 1 am to tell us the was no signal! On several occasions we visited the bar but I couldn't see anything I wanted to drink among the vast display so left again. I think it maybe does mostly cocktails.

Good place to stay in Freiburg. Easy to find, good underground garage, fast check-in, cozy and warm rooms, good breakfast.

Nice and modern hotel, but a few tram stations away from the city center. Quiet, although on a busy road, and with all the comfort of a modern hotel.

The manager on reception desk can’t explain where and how to park the car. Where is no fridge in the room number.

Nice functional modern hotel with all the facilities you could want. It sits in the slightly "hipster" bit of Freiburg which was a pleasant surprise.

Slightly slow check-in but I think that was down to the fussy moron in front of me in the queue rather than the staff.

great location, kind people, clean as heaven

Breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful. Location was reasonably good. But parking was a good 10 min walk away.

Front desk was grumpy and unhelpful. Rooms were not cleaned, new towels were not provided and room housekeeping was very badly done. The bathroom was bad, and when taking shower the whole bathroom was getting flooded making it dangerous and slippery. Generally, the staff looked inexperienced. The A/C did not work and room was hot and stuffy.

Very quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. Great breakfast. Not exactly sure what feng shei means, but it felt very calm.

No tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
