Alb Inn - Hotel & Apartments

I was not even able to get inside...

Upon arrival at 6PM there was a notice that the reception desk was closed. Instead I had to find my key in a keybox using a 4 digit key which was supposed to be sent to me. I never received an e-mail with the code and the helpline telephone numbers were not answered either. I was forced to find a different place to stay. I ended up driving all night home (9hrs). I prepaid the hotel and lost all this money...

Excellent breakfast, perfect rooms, ideal location in silent area near autobahn.

Rooms were spacious and breakfast was great too. Location is great too with easy access to restaurants and close to highway.

What could have been nice is an electric kettle and some tea/coffee in the room.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, newly decorated, nice parking.

Poor choice at breakfast, but still ok. I really missed the mini fridge in the room.

Clean and practical as we were on the way from Belgium to Austria. Close from highway. Good breakfast. Surrounding is mainly industrial zone but for a stop it’s no pb.

Very good service: gluten-free diet was handled very nicely. Good beds and extra bed for our daughter. Very clean room. Very close to the highway, so nice extra stop traveling from or to Austria.

Room temperature could have been a few degrees lower.

Very convenient location close to highway 8 for a one night stay. Room vas very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast.

The Chalet is a two bedroom appartment with a living room and open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher under the roof of a house with several other rented rooms in the same building. It’s just a few steps away from the Mellaubahn, where ski equipment can be rented as well. Area is very quiet. Free Parking directly in front of the house.

There is no shower, only a bath (with no shower curtain).

Our room was adjacent to a mac donalds, which -i kid you not- played music all night long outside their venue. Although not very loud, we had problems getting some rest and sleep. Such a shame.

Very hot in room and if you open window, trucks arriving in the middle of the night wake you up.Soft pillows, why only soft?

The hotel's parking setup impressed us with its EV charging stations - a fantastic amenity for eco-conscious travelers. We enjoyed a remarkably peaceful stay thanks to the low occupancy. Families will appreciate the convenient location, with a McDonald's just steps away - a lifesaver when traveling with kids who need a familiar meal option.

The kitchen setup was frustratingly impractical. While our room came with a kitchen, all cooking essentials - from basic utensils to pots and pans - had to be collected from the reception desk. This became a real problem when we arrived to find no staff at reception, leaving us with a fully equipped kitchen space but no way to actually use it. For a hotel that markets rooms with kitchens as a feature, this unstaffed reception policy seriously undermined the convenience of having an in-room kitchen.

Location closed to highway, fast food next to hotel, a lot of food for selection on breakfast.

Perfect location, very nice and cosy room, parking in front of hotel, pet and disabled friendly, breakfast basic but ok.

The only thing I miss was a small fridge in the room, but staff helped me.

We made a mistake with the bookkng, but the receptionist was very helpfull and made a fast arrangement.Next the this the room and breakfast was great! Would recommend as a stop on your route through Germany.

Great location just 2 min next to the autoban, there also a lot of stores around, cheap gas station. The room was super clean, modern looking and spacious. Parking is huge. Breakfast is exceptional for sure!

Location to the Autobahn is brilliant, access to supermarket as well as well known takeaway restaurants. Ample parking spaces for both normal and electric cars.
