Great value for money - my single room was huge and clean, bathroom too. Very comfortable, nothing to complain about. Free parking and for me the check in with the machine was easy and straightforward. I would stay again, the price was great for what I got. I didn't have breakfast or interact with staff so cannot comment on that.

The person at reception was so supportive and efficient. We met no problem to check-in or check-iut. You have to remember that after 20:00, the check-in is done by outside machine.
We stayed at ground floor which was great, but they should install some blinds, at least to bathroom. Something personal: I don't like carpet flooring BUT it was clean ... and missing sleepers was another small problem.

We intended to purchase breakfast, but by 8am there were almost no items left for the meal. The shelves were empty. We had to look for breakfast outside the hotel.

The hotel was very nice; a 15 minute walk to the airport, 5 minutes to a grocery store, they provided microwaves, and the room and bathroom were large and clean. The staff were polite and helpful.

In the room there was all you need. We use self check in in the outdoor because of the time.

Completely unacceptable breach of privacy
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this was the third time a cleaning lady entered my room without knocking — this time while I was naked. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The rooms also have no inner locks, which makes it impossible to feel safe or private. I received an apology before for a similar incident, but it happened again. This is a serious violation of privacy, and I would strongly advise the hotel to take immediate action.

The self-checkin is a joke. you can't do it even if it's 1 min before the checkin time and even though there's an employee there that could do it for you. If you go to the reception the employee tells you to go to the machine. Also, I had a small problem with the checkin and the receptionist had trouble fixing it.

Everything around Memmingen Airport is ex-military :) The hotel is following this history of a military base. It was renovated some time ago. Room was spacious, with good noise cancelling features. Check-in/out out of the usual business hours is well planned and handy. Walking distance from the airport makes it the best option around if your Ryanair is taking off at 6:00 :)
The best option to stay near the Memmingen airport, just 10-15 min walk and it is quite and cozy place for an overnight stop, and the price is decent.
It was clean and check-in was easy although it could be faster.
