Pros +
- the staff at the hotel are wonderful. we didn't love our room as it needed major upgrades ? as does the hotel itself ? and they gave us a last-minute refund without a fuss. once the hotel is renovated it'll be a great destination to stay.
Cons -
- it's an old hotel and needs an upgrade.
