- It was unseasonably cold, foggy, windy and wet. The room was very cold and I asked the front desk for heat. At first she told me it was not scheduled for another two weeks. But on her own initiative, she made a call and got heat started. Thanks much!

- At first the room was cold, but as I said above, the gal at the front desk made the necessary call to get heat supplied, even though it was not scheduled for another two weeks. So, it worked out and I appreciate it.
