Pros +
- Wonderful friendly and helpful reception, charming hotel. Great restaurant.
- Great location in lovely old town. Excellent breakfast. Large comfortable room.
- Great location and staff.
Cons -
- Would have benefited from a kettle in the room.
- Towels could be more fluffy
- A simple card to open the room door would be sufficient. No one should have to wonder if the door will function. Technology is wonderful, but it has its limits.

Great location and staff.

The location was excellent.
The high tech (special door knobs, showers) is superfluous and not necessary. If one has to question the ease of entering a room, then perhaps the technology needs a rethink. A simple entry with card alone would have been as impressive as needed. The breakfast was not worth 20€, but it was beautifully displayed.
Beautiful historic setting in the middle of Meisenheim. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, and an interesting blend of modern and rustic design.
No complaints, I wish I could have stayed longer.
Beautiful hotel in a small town full of character. Comfortable and very clean room with excellent facilities. Very quiet at night. Good range of food at breakfast and I particularly appreciated the separate cereals so that I could have the items I can eat! I haven’t eaten cereal in a hotel for a long time. The buffet choices were also very good.
Very clean, very nice staff. Really modern looking hotel
Nothing to dislike really other than price for breakfast.
Lovely decor and clean room.
Not worth the amount paid, considering restaurant wasn’t open and paid far too much for breakfast which was nothing more than bread ,cheese and yogurt. Quite disappointing considering the standard it comes across to be.
The staff were super friendly and everything was perfect about this place!
I loved everything!
