The staff was very kind, helpful, and hardworking. The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasted good.

I liked everything about the hotel. The value could have been better, but I booked last minute so it was my fault.

Great location and views (at a cost)

Old furniture, needs repairs or refurbishing. Had a kitchen with no utensils whatsoever. Pillows were old and tired. Needs a real clean.

Nothing like advertised, it had a very empty feeling to the place. I barely saw any staff there had to wait 10 minutes for a receptionist to arrive. Sadly all the facilities such as pools and upstairs bar was closed.

Staff were very friendly. Close proximity to the beach.

Lack of any utensils in the kitchen. Coffee machine etc was supplied when requested, as were some plates and pots but otherwise kitchen was absolutely bare of anything. Wifi was very sporadic.

Excellent location and enjoyed the breakfast much.

A bit short on toilet paper, but after asking for more, they provided more shortly after.

The apartment is worn out, not very clean, furniture is very “tide” and feels not pleasant. Very small kitchen area with almost no kitchen tools (no garbage been, no koffie machine, no pans ect). Appartment looks at the pictures much beter.

Was advertised as beach front which it wasn't. Most bars and restaurants were closed Noisy people in the rooms next door

the size of the room and the location exceeded my expectationeven the swimming pool and the bar made the place comfortable and of high quality

the room smells like cigarette smoke.the room had a kitchen however was without cutleries and kitchen stuff, when I asked at the reception for cutleries to eat my hot meals they let me wait for almost 45 minutes, and I went to collect by myself to don't let my meal keep cooling down, they said I couldn't take from them and not even from the restaurants, So I had to keep waiting and I ended up to eat my meal cold and I was also very hungry

First room we were given was grim and dirty. Changed to a freshly cleaned room with a sea view. The food was pretty poor throughout our stay.

The location was good and easy parking outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel room and facilities are as shown in the pictures. The price was also quite good for a four star hotel, although this may be due to the fact that it was low season and the hotel is quite outdated.

The hotel is a bit old and it shows, it could do with some renovation works and also changing the mattresses, etc. The breakfast was correct and according to Spanish standards, but the coffee, for example, was pretty average (coffee machine). Overall, I expect more from a four star hotel.

Good Aircon comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good but cold scrambled eggs? Good staff.

Evening meal .Hot food was only warm. At 17 euros I expected better.

Pool location on roof views are amazing

Bar not open at pool, as we are apparently out of season, even though it didn't appear to be confirmed on Web page. Patio doors on balcony first floor would not lock properly. Property lifts took along time to respond. We wouldn't expect this hotel to rated as a 4 star

TV was like a tabletNot sure the room allocation hotel policy but other guests with same rate got better room with better view and 1 large bed instead of two. Bed was not the most comfortable.

Breakfast was good considering the virus restrictions.5 minutes easy walk from the beach.Room was a good size with a small kitchen and fridge.

The roof top bar closed too early.
