Kyriad Nancy Ouest - Laxou

Staff friendlyness. Place to park. Easy to reach next to the highway.

It is outdated but ideal for a stop over whilst traveling. Money/value wise a fair deal.

Comfortable beds and very clean. Pet friendly in the rooms.

Air conditioning broken throughout the property. Outdoor spaces tired and uncared-for. Pets not allowed in the bar area. Staff struggled to find our booking. Shower wall mount was broken.

Parking

Air conditioner, mot family friendly room. Room was too smal with extra child bed. Stfuggled to use bathroom

The hotel is near the highway exit, so easy to navigate to.

The room was very warm and the AC didn't really do anything.

Was quite at night, clean room, lady-receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

A lot! The bed is very old, still with springs like in 1960. And the head of the bed is crooked, looks like the bed is crooked(photo added) Was too warm to sleep (no airco) and the room is very small!

The receptionist who checked us on 21 9 pm was very courteous and extraordinary customer er handling skills .

Location, Staff, Breakfast were all excellent.

Ease of access, choice for breakfast

The rooms facing the backyard are more noisy as they face the motorway. If you have upstairs neighbours you hear them.Insulation (even glasses) should be done from scratch.

Everything was ok

The first room was terrible smells of sigarette. We asked to change

I went to the festival at the Zenith in Nancy. The hotel is approximately 250m from the event local. Clean room and helpful staff.

I just stayed one night in this hotel, for us location was good , behavior of staff was acceptable , breakfast was good .

The facility of the room was not enough,

Breakfast

Extreme road noiseUncomfortable bed

Low cost - good breakfast - friendly staff

Noise during the night, unknown people knocking on the door

Passable

Rooms with windows towards Highway are loud.

Location was convenient and it was very quiet.

The room smelled like someone had smoked in there and the interior in general was very outdated. The front desk lady spoke only French so it was hard to communicate as I do not speak any French at all. In comparison to other hotels in the same area for the same price where I have stayed it was not a good value for money.

Location, ease of access to rooms, all basics are available, clean and good price. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked, above expectations!

Slightly worn facilities

Comfy double bed, nice access to garden from the room, parking spots available in the courtyard.

The hotel (and the room) is towards a busy road, even if there is a hedge between. Laxou dining options (aside from the hotel own one) were 30 min walk away. The third bed was folded under the double bed and then opened took all space towards bathroom. It took several tries (with the same French bank card as paid for the stay) to pay the surcharge of a pet and breakfasts. I was also first charged again for the already paid room reservation.

Good bed, clean Bathroom, good breakfast, very helpful staff

the location is not very clever, to far from the motorway, not easy to find. It has no Restaurant.

The breakfast was fine; nice choice, good qualitiy, ample quantity. The parking was convenient.

The room is a bit small.

Basic rooms/facilities that were convenient for an overnight stay. Staff were very helpful.

Room furniture and hardware should be updated. A little more effort on maintenance is needed.
