The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed.

Convenient location not far from the highway. Nice dining and good breakfast. Very friendly staff. This small family run hotel in a quaint village is the total opposite of a chain or corporate hotel.

Secluded Hotel with stunning views of the Austrian Alps. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner, Paul was a delight. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. the bathrooms are fanatic (renovated). Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items.

As usual in Germany, the windows/doors have no screens so bugs get in. Mainly flies since we are near farms here. The room was warm because of the infloor heating which the owner promptly turned off for us.

Spectacular location, views. Nice room with storage. Comfortable bed. Good food and beer in nice surroundings. Mcycle garaged overnight.

Great hotel, friendly service, fabulous breakfast and large room. Views from our room/balcony were great. The evening meal was very nice and reasonable. Great free parking.

We seemed to be one of two couples staying there so it was quiet and a little lifeless. (Not the fault of the hotel)

Very nice owner, a welcoming place, very clean facility, in-house restaurant, easy parking, we enjoyed our stay for one night with easy access to Brenner

Nothing negative to say. One mark could be the salad bar at the restaurant, which didn't include fresh choices and lacked dedication. But that is just a minor remark.

loved the hotel itself, the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is very good too. Parking was easy too. It's a dog-friendly hotel, which is a big plus! No charge for extra cleaning either.

The elevator is a bit outdated.I would have loved to be able to turn off the floor heating in the bathroom as it was too hot for our dog

Location to my final destination. There was a restaurant on site and the food was excellent. The very warm welcome we received on arrival.

Overall the hotel was too hot. The restaurant in particular needed to be much cooler when eating.

Lovely, friendly, male receptionist. Fantastic room with brand new ensuite and great view to Matrei from the balcony. Ample space and choice on the restaurant menu and for breakfast. Tasteful ambience, with beautiful lift doors, and space in the corridors.

It was a bit tricky to find the reception at first (coming up from Matrei on foot).

Loved the comfortable thick and soft mattress after having endured the hard Italian mattresses for a week ;-)Friendly staff made us feel welcome. We stayed for one night on our way home from Italy. Ideally located close to Brenner.

Location right next to the street but still not much noise

This is a wonderful hotel that benefits from being recently refurbished throughout. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and generous en-suite bathroom. The breakfast bar range was very impressive.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Hotel also had a restaurant serving really nice local food. Room was big and had a mountain view from balcony. Additional bonus was the sauna in the hotel with Finnish type sauna and also steam room and infrared sauna. It was really nice way to relax after a day of skiing in the mountains.

The owner was very kind.Hotel is super clean and big.
