    Pros +

    • Nice design
    • This place is truly special – set on a hill with breathtaking views, a small lake, and plenty of beautiful, peaceful spots to relax. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is spacious, and there’s a basketball and football court, making it perfect for both comfort and fun activities.
    • The location is truly stunning, nestled right next to nature. The apartment is spacious, sleek, and impeccably clean. From the terrace, the view is absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery and encircled by majestic mountains, the building feels like a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

    Cons -

    • I don’t know how to put it exactly, but the hotel looks cool and it’s clearly new - yet there are no slippers, no bathrobe, none of the basics you’d expect from a hotel priced above average. And what is absolutely ridiculous, is a check out at 9:00 am
    • The only downside is that the parking is a bit far from the rooms.
    • Just a few minor areas for improvement: the WiFi could be a bit faster, the shower isn’t fully enclosed which causes some water to spill out, and the bedroom lights are quite bright and intense.

Very modern and well kept facility. Excellent breakfast.

A little to quiet, very few guests, far and long climb from town center. I did not receive any keybox safe code message as expected so the entry was delayed until a person was contacted and sorted this out - it was a holiday so special thanks to him.

    Missing staff.

The place has really high standard of finish, and is just outside the village that has some good restaurants.

When they say.. check out before 9 they really mean it.. bed side lights very very bright.

Beautiful location, very nice hotel rooms and good breakfast with such a great view. We didn’t have much time to explore the area as we were just passing through but we definitely want to come back!

Property is a mix of hotel and retreat. Located in a beautiful and very quiet surroundings. Staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, especially Lazaro.

Good location, nice hotel.. peaceful. Staff was excellent!!

Food can be better, breakfast was just fair. Dinner was buffet type with fair quality. Only two types..

New hotel to stay, 45min for Stubai Glacier, the room is really nice with amazing view is to the Valley, breakfast is very tasty as well. There is also a possibility to do check in 24hrs if you book your stay early.Considering price and quality I definitely recommend this place!

The only problem we had was the shower that didn't have a very warm water so after a full day skiing trip we got cold and couldn't heat ourselfs in the shower.

Nice modern building in the middle of the Alps. Big room with all the comforts. Very clean and nice breakfast included .

The hotel is high on the mountain side, around 5 minutes drive after you leave the motorway and reaching the Matrei village. It has an incredible view of the valley and the motorway at the other mountain side. The room was big, the bed comfortable. Great internet connection. A good (though rather basic) breakfast was included. There was a lovely and big balcony that someone can sit and relax. The location is also very quiet. Around the hotel there is a small park, a lake and a football pitch for additional activities. Free parking on the site. In overall, an excellent choice on the way to or from Italy. Great value for the price.

The location is on the mountain side, which means you have to drive for 5 minutes a narrow street with a lot of turns to reach it. Take also a note, that if you want to visit Innsbruck after arriving at the hotel, there is a toll-stop between the Matrei and Innsbruck which means that you have to pay around 10 Euros each time you use the motorway at this direction and vice versa (alternatively you have to use the smaller road between the two cities, takes more time and is full with turns - B182).

Free parking and the view around the hotel is good and the air is very fresh. The room is clean.

No fridge in the room and it is not easy to ask for ice from hotel staff for storing our medicines. There are always toll fees for going between Innsbruck and the hotel. It is out of our budget. The breakfast is too simple.

    Very good

it was supposed to be self check-in with keys in a safe with a code but the safe was empty and I had to call and wait for staff to come

The area and the facility is really nice and clean.

Parking is a bit remote but okay to walk.

Stayed one night as I was passing through Austria, saw this and thought the price was good. Stunning location in the mountains, extremely clean and peaceful. Good place to relax and enjoy nature. Lots of artists, health classes and great hiking. Not many amenities as it’s mostly a retreat.

Winter might be challenging getting up the cool winding road.

Hotel is located in very nice area with beautiful views. Everything is clean and new.

The hotel seems to be a bit understaffed. We arrived later in the night and we were supposed to find the keys in a safe from which we received a code via message. The same code was apparently sent to someone else as well and they took the keys, so the safe was empty when we arrived. We had to wait about 30 minutes until someone arrived and fixed the problem by giving us a different room. It seems like the Hotel is new and things are still settling down. I am personally ok with things like this, because we all make mistakes. I still can recommend this hotel as it is really nice.
