Atlantis Palace Hotel

Traditional Italian Style lovely hotel. The beach with a private area for Atlantis guests was a perk. The breakfast was beautifully spread out with a fair variety of items. We often enjoyed a DJ playing music in the evenings. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were most accommodating and helpful!

Some less traditional items on the food menu would be nice, otherwise all was great.

The pool was wonderful. We had a huge patio connected to our room with beautiful beach views.Easy parking. Not sure we needed to pay extra for parking on the grounds when parking is available at no charge right by the hotel.

The beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs were a bit of a walk. The drinks pool side were a bit pricey.

Excellently located , this hotel is very good from the balance of price/quality perspective. My family likes the personnel, the location, rooms and how tidy it is.

The coffee at breakfast could be better.

The hotel and the staff are amazing. The location is very good if you want to go to the beach, but without a car it's a little difficult to spend some time in the city. We loved the pool!

The prices and staff in the little were a little disappointing....

We stayed for just one night in October, and even though we didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool, you could tell both were lovely, especially the large pool. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. We’d definitely come back in the summer!

The hotel is located very close to Etna nord entrance. It makes this location convenient. However, this building saw better time. Swimming pool and outdoor area is very nice. 3 min to the beach. Tasty breakfast with both intalian and continental option. Very good value for money.

The mattress was a little bit used with the hole in the middle.

We needed to leave earlier in the morning and staff kindly prepared us a breakfast before the oficial time. We had a miscommunication regarding the setup of the room thru message, however they also fix it for us on check in. The view of the last room is awesome to the Etna mountain.

Soundproofing of the room is bad, and when you are too near the party that is done on weekends downstairs in the bar, it became hard to rest properly. The climatization of the rooms are also not really effective, but opening the window was not an option because the party music as well. The experience on the restaurant was also not that great. Regardless the food quality, the service was slow, and once again not too quiet.

Great staff! From the from desk reception, passing by the bar (waitress made me some great Aperol Spritz that I had 5x in the end) and finally the beach bar staff and food! Can not thank you enough for making me feel so looked after by all of you.

Location is nice, great pool, nice bar and breakfast. has a pretty garden with views of the Etna and comfortable rooms. Just cross the street and you are at the beach.

THEY SCAMMED ME THROUGH THE CHAT OF THIS HOTEL ON THE BOOKING.COM PLATFORM. They profile of the hotel asks you to upload your passport and pay for the room, and then you find out they actually steal your money and once you arrive at the property for your holiday they make you pay again. Booking.com itself did not provide much assistence to resolve this. It happend in July and now its almost october and still i did not get a refund of the money that has been stolen from me through the Booking.com platform with the profile of this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The location is perfect, as it's right next to the beach, allowing easy access to the beautiful coastline. The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.One of the highlights was the swimming pool area. There’s a large pool for adults and a separate pool for kids, which is perfect for families. Both pools were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. There's even a tennis court available to guests for free. The on-site restaurant was also impressive. The food was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for money. Overall, this hotel offers excellent amenities and a prime location at a great price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The facilities are outdated and look more like a 2* hotel. The breakfast was super cheap processed food that is a bit shameful for Sicilian cuisine.

The grounds of the hotel are lush. Beautiful swimming pool and pool area. Excellent location across the road from the beach. Lovely lido too. Food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is impeccably clean. Comfy beds.

Fantastic Hotel with fantastic crue from the front desk, to the house keeping staff, to the breakfast team, the restaurant & bar staff. All were very happy to help with whatever we asked. Just amazing!

Arrived very late due to flight delays & taxi was very expensive as there was no more train service.

Menu at hotel was very limited so we ended up eating the same food almost every day

I had an excellent stay at the Atlantis Palace Hotel. I was travelling alone and the staff welcomed me and made feel right at home. I ate in the restaurant and had a delicious pizza. It was only one night but i will definitely recommend to other guests considering to book.

Very nice pool, with bar and service. Great restaurant with reasonable prices.
