Impossible to communicate with them. They send an email with questions and if you ask a question back you get no replies.

Excellent bathroom for our daughter who uses a wheelchair very spacious and easy access ??

Once inside the hotel, my first impression changed to one of very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good value and offered a good variety of well presented options. Staff very friendly and even called my mobile to explain what to do if I arrived after the reception closed (New Years day). Overall - good value!

Location and prettiness- can't just walk out for a pleasant walk in the area as surrounded by a road system - building functional. But, would happily stay again when en-route somewhere.

Location - Close to the company I was visiting. People working at the hotel was very welcoming and work professional

Got a spotlight just outside my window and even the blinds didn’t blocked the rays coming in - didn’t had a good slight during the duration of my stay

The location was handy for the motorway

There was no bathmat upon asking we were told they didn’t provide oneAlso only 1 hand towel + the hand soap container was virtually empty.We didn’t shower as the shower tray was VERY slippery and stepping out straight onto a shiny tiled floor was not advisable !!!!

Did not appreciate staff walking into the room in the morning telling me I shouldn't be there. We checked in the previous day. I'm disabled and was resting after a long day travelling the day before. My husband was out cycling L'Etape du tour and she kept telling me to go to reception, I showed her our booking and it still wasn't good enough. She then saw the room key and she had got the wrong room and just walked out. Glad we were checking out the next morning will never stay again. Also the air conditioning only comes on at night and was useless.

Great location . Very clean , and the staff were amazing.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the security around the hotel was very good, with the car park locked at night.

Very good location, closer to the Autoroute. Good restaurants around.

Amenities.. I chose a bigger room but somehow did not feel that way. Bathroom showers need repairs.

The staff were first class, very helpful, I had a lovely view of the mountains from my room.

Struggled to get in as we arrived later than expected. Never saw any staff at all.

Breakfast was more than enough choice for me. The coffee was good, Nice selection of food, I liked the space in the restaurant, was very good. Reception staff rather stem and unfriendly, imprecise and seemed confused. I only asked for a tea spoon.

As above. Terrible confusion trying to communicate before I arrived as my train got to Cluse at 9.30pm had to send 10 emails to get a response! Got worse as my train delayed 1.5 hours. No taxis at station arrived 1.30am! Got lost trying to find hotel in dsrk eith all my luggage pulling in dsrk streets was terrible getting there. You should tell guests of reliable taxi service at night as I was charged 30 Euro for 1KM trip. Dont eat in nearby Mount Blanc Restaurant as food microwaved rubbish at top prices!

The staff was very friendly.Convenient location just by the highway exit.Very fresh breakfast with different choices of food.

The hotel is just off the main highway to a large area of the ski resorts in France. This was a perfect place to stay the night before driving up the mountain the next day.

The staff were not present at 8:15pm on a Friday night. I was not informed of this in advance and had to speak to an operator who was able to provide entry codes and keys. Very difficult after a long drive with the kids and your native language isn’t French.

Looked as if might be really nice hotel, but all facilities behind bars!

No staff, no restaurant no bar, car locked in. Had to use night entrance as nobody in reception. Member of staff appeared 8am, for breakfast, when reception, at etc all opened up. Could not even get bottle water! Don’t know what would have happened had there been a fire.
